I have the ams700cx not the same implant but, when I pump it up fully IE... To the point that the bulb is too hard squeeze, the cylinders are pretty much like a steel rod with pretty much no bend at all along the length. Now at the base I can grab the shaft in my hand and bend/move the whole shaft up, down, left, right etc... it's still very firm, but I think it's the whole implant leaning whichever way I move it ( since it does move those directions but not very far, maybe to around 45 degree mark. Even if I don't pump it up fully, but to where it's firm, it's still difficult to bend the implant around the middle of the shaft. I know to help soften or break in the implant you should take a hot bath, pump it up, and slowly try to bend it all around to help soften or stretch the material.
AMS 700 CX 21cm x 12mm with 1.5cm RTE, MS pump, and Conceal Reservoir. Implanted on 4-12-2023 removed and replaced 6-22-23 with the same, 1st implant surgery had pinhole leak in left cylinder, second failure tubing at connector
