The reason pills and even injection eventually stop working

It's endothelial and vascular damage. Men are more prone to atherosclerosis due to testosterone, other hormones, and genetics. All men will develop some form of calcification after 50 years old. Some more than others, but is a given.

What's in the penis? Blood vessels, arteries, veins, nerves, etc. They are also very small and fragile.

That's very fucked up from an evolutionary standpoint. Nature gives men a penis, but also gives you a physiology that will make you more prone to endothelial and vascular damage, the very same processes required for an erection.

This is nature telling you that you need to procreate during a certain window before damage occurs. It comes as no surprise that most males in the animal and insect world die after procreation.

From a biological and evolutionary standpoint, we are meant to procreate at a certain age, then the body focuses on other resources that have more importance as survival, that's why testosterone drops, endothelial health worsens, muscle mass drops, etc.

This is why the pills and injections stop working because the damage progresses. These medicines all they do is help the blood and vascular system to pass and retain blood, but if the damage gets worse enough, they may not be enough to keep an erection anymore. So is not that your body got used to the pills or the pills no longer affect your body the same way, quite the opposite, the pills can no longer fight back the damage.

So why do some men get ED and others do not? This is false, all men will get ED eventually, it just happens faster in some men than others due to genetic predisposition to arterial and vascular health, lifestyle, is mainly genetic though.

The idea that men are supposed to be fucking till old age is a modern fallacy, evolutionary it was never meant to be, some men can, but the evolutionary standpoint is not what the body seeks

Thus, the implant literally defies evolution, your penis is hard but it no longer depends on your body and mind anymore
