Any 6” girth AMS CX penises here?

Of course, my reasoning is simply because (as far as I understand), Titan implants, expand more in girth than AMS. In particular, the 24cm and 26cm are XL versions which accommodate for larger girth and expand more than the 22cm. This may benefit the original poster as he has above average girth. .

It's advised on the peyronies forum to choose a surgeon that uses both AMS and Titan, simply because, Titan's are better for peyronies patients. You could assume that, a doctor who only uses AMS, is more motivated by financial gain (from AMS), rather than which implant may be best for the patient.

Very well put. I would be very skeptical of a doctor who only uses 1 implant brand. OP should check into how many implants a year this guy even does.

I certainly hope that is not the limit. I am getting an AMS 700CX on 11/29, and am starting at 8” x 7-1/2” (with a couple of minutes of pumping). I don’t want to lose all that girth!

Why are you going with a AMS? Is this what the doctor says you need? I’m at 1/2 above 5 1/2 so maybe that’s not that much but your 2” above that so that’s a lot. The cylinders of both will

That is my only concern with this doctor is that he only does AMS. I think both has their pros and cons but seems most doctors that do both put in the titan for guys with longer and more girth. Dr. Clavell has a good video describing both and their features on youtube. Here’s a link

My surgeon is Dr. Jesse Mills who is the Director of the Men's Clinic at UCLA Urology and teaches the surgery worldwide. He gets many patients who need re-work on botched implants. He only uses AMS, and recommended the 700 CX because it gives harder erections, especially in larger men. I re-asked the question about size, and his assistant doctor said that I could not expect to get my pumped size, but would be able to get my natural size. I am not 100% certain that meant girth in addition to length. The pumping has the most effect on girth for me. I'll be happy being hard at will at my natural size. I am continuing to pump aggressively pre-surgery which he said I could do until the night before surgery. Retaining my "OEM" size of 7-1/2 to 7-7/8" length (depending on how long it had been since pumping)(stretched 7-7/8") x 7" girth (6" mid-shaft) would be more than fine. I will certainly do all the exercising that will help every day and will report on my progress here.

Your measuring 5 3/4 now so you have gained 1/4.

In the picture looks like you have great head engorgement. You have to use any thing to help that or you still have that good of blood flow?

in my opinion it depends on whether the tips were placed at the right point, I have excellent engorgement, but unfortunately he placed the tips at the end of my glans, even when flaccid, this situation means that when I pump to a certain level the tips push even more , to the point of strangling the glans, losing a good percentage of engorgement, but these bastard implantologists never recognize their mistakes, telling you everything is fine, it will pass, it will pass, instead with the dick that will pass, you will have to try in the best way possible, with the experience, of finding the best inflation point to be able to live with, for these errors they don't make revisions, especially at their expense, therefore, you often get an implant with all the risks and expenses connected, to solve the problem and you find yourself cuckolded and maziato, (mine was paid in full by me)

I’m not sure what “pumping” is, but I have a titan and measure over 7 at the base and over 6 mid shaft…I can’t believe a doc would put you in anything but a titan

I have an AMS CX and my girth is over 6 inches. I've always been thick, but I think I increased after my implant. On a good day, I'm at 6.5 in circumference. Couldn't be happier with my CX.
