First Injection Summary

First injection of Trimix today at 10 units (.1ml).

Erection at 6 minutes which faded away to a chubby. Wife arrives at 22 minute mark. Erection returns. Wife came several times. Was able to go slow and vary my stroke technique; something I am not able to do with viagra. So all in all a success. Erection faded to a chubby at 47 minutes.

Very successful first go. May up dose to 12 or 13 u it’s next time to get slightly more response.

I’m 1/4 inch longer too with the trimix compared to 60 mg of Sildalifil.

Feeling very positive about the future again!!
Still slightly annoyed with my integrated health organization ( large HMO) as they have been cock-blocking my treatment for Peyroines-exacerbated ED.

Other observations: the Trimix was pain free compared to the test injections of Caverject.

Feel like a huge weight is off my shoulders after Peyroines hit 3 years ago.

Good it worked. You may have to increase the dose little by little until you're satisfied with the results. Keep some Sudafed on hand just in case.

I would suggest keeping a spreadsheet/log of your injections.
Columns can include
Date:
Location: Left/Right side, and possibly (specific spot, near base, middle, near glans)
Units: number of units injected
Effect: of injection (very hard, or maybe 80%)
Duration: of erection, (fully erect for 2 hrs, since you may have chubby for much longer.)
Notes: This column can include anything that you might refer to as later. For example tips and how to inject

In my case, My initial dosage was 10 units. I then worked my way up to 20 units. And am currently back down to 10 units.
The spreadsheet/log helps remind me of which side to inject. Effect of injection over time. And any potential misfires. or the occasional sex that didn't happen or double hitters.

I got an autoject device to help cos Ive got shaky hands and I heard it would make the process easier and pain free.
Well, while I was able to inject successfully, it was definitely not pain free and the injected location would have a pea sized swelling for a few minutes afterwards.

Here's my question. In your post, you stated it was pain free. How is this possible? What could I possibly be doing wrong? I am guessing you didnt even use an autoject device, right?

i think when most guys who inject say pain free, its a relative term. i am only up to 200 injections but half of the time there is no pain, the other half is painful but, that pain is not like gunshot. lol I attribute it to any normal injection from a doctor. most are pain free but as you know some injections are painful, but you get through it. plus, there are plenty of nerves that you cant really see. now i have not tried an auto injector but have injected myself and have had pea sized swelling for hours afterwards. its a gamble but you do your best to find a good spot just to make sure the injection works and that is more important to me. if you havent read a lot of posts, using a VED is a huge help as well as aspirating to ensure you are in the right area. since i started, i have come to realize that injection technique is the most important skill. for me, even the most painful injection was not enough to prevent me from going forward. keep at it.

By pain free I meant that the dry formula caverject caused some aching for about 2 hours. It was minor. However with the trimix there has been no aching. The injection itself was barely noticeable since the needle is so small. I’m using a conventional insulin-type syringe. Now that’s not to say I’ve gotten over the nervousness. I’ve had two injections so far. On both occasions my penis was so frightened it tucked up as small as an infant’s penis. Smaller than jumping in ice water. I’m sure this will become less and less with each subsequent injection.

I've done 9 injections with a 30ga 1/2 needle. Worked every time. It really doesn't hurt. Yes, you feel the needle break the skin and penetrate the cavernosum, but it's so momentory & so mild that it's not really painful (in fact I usually can't quite focus on the tip of the needle so I'm a tiny bit surprised when I break the skin lol).

After 20 years of worsening ED, it's incredibly liberating to know I'm getting hard and staying hard when I need to perform! IYKYK

I've got syringe cases, travel coolers & a pouch that holds my antidotes (pills & syringes) & alcohol, sharps tool). A small investment in confidence that's worthwhile!

I did injection number 7 today. Wife sounded like an elephant seal during a rut when she was cumming today. This approach is working great so far.
