Should aprostadil injections get you an automatic erection?

I tried 2.5 Units/MCG of viridal( aprostadil ) in the doctors office, but it didnt do anything other than hurt and give me a slightly fatter flaccid penis.

Now since I can get a full erection I just struggle to keep it, Im guessing it failed because it was such a low dose?

We dont get tri or bimix in the UK so its just Aprostadil on its own.

Main question is.. should it produce an automatic erection or do you still need stimulation?

Both. Some men it’s automatic some men require a little stimulation. I would look for the full effect to take place at 10 units and above ( not a doctor though).

Yeah both to some degree. If you're given the correct dose of alprostadil for you it should give you an erection even sitting there wearing a gown in the doctors office. I'm not clear on how many mcg of alprostadil you were given. 2.5 units of most any mix is tiny. Was it 2.5 units of something or 2.5mcg of alprostadil in some unknown volume dose?

If your dosage is correct you should get an erection in 3 to 15 minutes, at least that is my experience.
