Wider cylinder

Hi Guys,

I have a problem finding a VED that fits my size.
I suffer from Peyronie's disease and I am taking a pre-operative course with the VED but I have difficulty finding a reliable one that has width dimensions suitable for mine. In practice I have the area of the base of the penis which measures 16 cm in width and with the Owen Mumford report, good pump, I always have discomfort at the base and I get construction marks at the base.
Since I am afraid of hurting myself further, I have suspended the treatment for now and I am looking for a VED with a manual pump (I don't like electric ones) which is wide enough, especially at the base, to allow me to do the therapy in comfortably and without the risk of hurting myself further.
Can any of you recommend some VED that can satisfy me in this need of mine?

look at Dr. Joel Kaplan website. I have been using his pumps for years. He carry's xl large pumps.

Hi,
If you need a wider cylinder without a restriction ring, riseagain is correct. Dr. Joel Kaplan sells wider cylinders as does LA Pump. If you are using a pump and restriction ring for sex or masturbation, Soma pumps sell wider cylinders and LA Pump sells thick wall cylinders that can be used with a restriction ring. Just doing some basic math you have a base girth (circumference) of 6.3". Again if my math is correct that means your diameter at the base is a little over 2". Soma has a 2.5 " wide cylinder with an insert for comfort which brings the cylinder diameter down to 2.25". There are a number of options for men with much larger than average girth.
