Thanks GT! It was my assumption (and my surgeons) that this was normal as the implant stretches, as you said. It makes since logically, but it makes me wonder why some never complain of that pain. If anyone else feels pain where the rear tip of the cylinder pushes please weigh in. Would love to hear other opinions. This is my only complaint right now. The aching can be intense and seems to be caused by cycling.

The lack of many men complaining of rear cylinder pain is what made me decide that at least in my case. My Cruz shape must not match the rear tips of the implants very well. Not sure of any other theory that makes sense for the aching. I'm willing to consider a different reason if one can be posted.

Iwillbeatpd, was your proximal depth on the deep side. I've posted that mine was 10cm. Considering that my distal was 11cm. That is close to 50% of my implants length. The upside is my implant is anchored rock solid. Perhaps that is why the Perito exercise can't be done on me. But as I said. I see evidence that my implant isn't adhered to my tunica so I'm thinking the exercise isn't needed in my case.

I think I just learned what proximal vs distally means. Is proximal the part that’s inside the body? And distally the part of the cyclinder that’s outside the body? My surgical notes say 10cm proximal and 16 cm distal. What do you make of that?

Perhaps its not important in your case. Your ratio between the two measurements is large. In my case they're nearly equal. Maybe a final point of view is in order. My distal measurement is less than my stretched penis test. So the entrance for the cylinders is above my pubic bone. That took some time for me to understand. I always wondered where the dr decided to enter the corpral body at. Best I can tell its where a certain layer of tissue is.

Maybe my comments aren't revelent but for 21cm with 10cm proximal my implant seems to be anchored very well. In comparison to you, I'm really anchored good in my mind.

Back to rear taint aching during cycling. Try using a ruler & measure back 26cm. Is this the general area of the cycling ache? I still feel like the taint ache reflects that your cylinders are not adhering to your penis. Thus the Perito exercise might not benefit you as much as a different man.
