Hello to all. I had robotic assisted prostatectomy in 2007. Outcome of that was good as I healed fine Developed worsening ED over the years and tried all available treatments from pills to
Vacuum to injections with varying degrees of success. In February 2022 I had an AMS 700 LGX placed. I was lucky as my recovery was good. I did not even need narcotic coverage for pain. I used alternating doses of Tylenol and Ibuprofen and of course the icebag. At one month post op I was trained in the inflation/deflation cycling. I cycled it two times per day for the first six months keeping it inflated for at least 30 minutes. Had sex at five weeks post op. I regained my preoperative length back. My girth seems less by appearance now since I never measured it. I just remember having a slightly thicker cock. Anyway I am very pleased with the implant. Certainly wish that I would have done it years earlier. I will be posting some observations and probably questions on the appropriate thread in the future. Glad to be connected to men who have experienced similar issues as I have.

Thanks Ed for the update/ review, I truly think if you’re still cycling you will get that Lgx to fatten up, took 2 years for mine to be very much like my natural cock ie, when deflated very flexible and spungy. Your girth will come back and more some.

Welcome to the forum Ed. I'm in Ohio as well. Jealous of your healing with very little pain, my healing was long and tough.
This forum needs all the stories of guys who been there, done that to help guys considering an implant come to a decision.

Thank you for your welcoming words. I still will cycle 3-4 times a week for sex obviously, but also other times as well just to give my penis exercise. I don’t want to let more than 2-3 days pass without an erection. Maybe still looking for that last bit of improvement in length and girth
In addition, inflating actually causes a bit of arousal. Probably the familiar sensations I associate with sex. I won’t get into digging into my psyche. Later.
