Anyone Ever Combine Low Dose Viagra/Trimix?
Just curious if anyone combines a small does of PDE5 with Trimix? Ever since I started on Trimix it provides a decent erection but not as hard and firm as I’d hoped for (similar to youthful erections). I thought about cutting my Trimix dose from .15 to .1 and trying say 25mg sildenafil. Thoughts?

I frequently mix my alprostadil mono-mix with 50mg of generic Viagra. I haven't recently as my GI track was a bit sensitive after 35 zaps of radiation. But I expect to resume the practice.

I use a Transurethral Bimix released into the penile opening along with about 40mg of Viagra and it works quite well for me. Told my urologist about it and he approved. I would clear it with my doc first, and then sneak up on it in small doses to discover what’s optimal for you. It seems the biggest dangers are a rager that won’t go down.

Sandybottom, I’m curious. Have you ever used the injectable version of Bimix? If so, do you find the transurethral route a better way to administer the drug?
Thank you.
Thank you.

I've been taking 100mgs of Viagra with Trimix for years and never had a problem. There have been a few times when I had to resort to an ice pack to reduce an erection after the deed was done...but I'm actually envious of some guys on here that report having sex for hours while on Trimix..To be safe, consult with your physician. Everyone is different and what may work for me might not work for you.

Agree with qcswral. I use 100mg sildenafil with about half the Trimix I would otherwise need, so there's no Trimix ache. But be very careful to find the correct lesser Trimix dose, starting with much less than half of what you've been using, over a week or two of experimenting, keeping good records, so you don't get priapism. And take the sildenafil an hour ahead of the Trimix, so it's fully in your system when doing the titrating up experiments.

Is there any risk of lower blood pressure from mixing these two or are the injections not systemic enough?

Chronic pelvic pain pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 onwards making ED worse.

I think the Trimix is not systemic enough to enter your blood stream and affect your BP. To be safe, after I'm with the GF and I go to sit up, I just do it slow. There have been times where I went to stand up maybe too quickly and got a little dizzy...My Doc suggested I sit up first, then take a few seconds if I'm feeling dizzy or light headed then stand up. But it's only happened maybe a hand full of times, not every time.

I did this once.
Took 100mg of Viagra. Hoping to have sex, Nothing happened for several hours.
Then 2-3 hours later when she was ready and Viagra was losing its potency I injected half my normal dose of Trimix.
I was hard for 5 hours. That was a long night.
The problem with doing this regularly is two-fold. One is timing, the second is side effects.
As it is been said be very careful, you don't want to end up in the ER, because you OD on ED meds.

Never Enough: I don't know the answer to your question. But my usual blood pressure is 120/80 and I've never noticed any low blood pressure effects from combining sildenafil with Trimix.
