I believe the discomfort in the glans, and the fact that you don't get many pumps in because the pump is too hard gives me the impression that you will grow when everything is broken in. Having the LGX is also a plus. I wish I had got one, but the doc is the boss on the table.
I'm a firm believer that using the VED every day for months prior to surgery gives you the best chance for a good outcome.

newhope wrote:Hello everyone,
following a terrible accident I lost all chance to have an erection. So I got implanted 2 weeks ago.
Before surgery I was about 14 cm in length (5.5 inches) in full erection (I measured this 2 days before surgery using the vacuum).
The doctor with infrapubic method installed me with a LGX 18 + 1 cm Rear tip on both side, with 90 cc reservoir (on the surgical measurement doc said I measured about 19 cm total so he went with LGX 18+1, i don't know proximal and distal measurement).
Now after two weeks from the op I am starting to cycle, and I can give something like 4-5 pumps and it seems I can't pump anything more because the pump is too hard, and I also start to have pain in the glans.
I am shocking to see that I am now at about 10 cm (about 4 inches) of length so it seems I have lost something like 3-4 cm (more than 1 inch in loss) in length: I am completely terrified.
Please guys tell me something before I lose my mind.
I read that the LGX 18 should extend to +3 cm, if that's true it's like having an implant of total size of 22 cm. Can I be so short with this ?
Thanks to you all brothers
I was 1.5 inches post op Prostate removal for 3 years. After Titan implant I wasn't that impressed. 13 months later I'm around 6L 6G. I am very satisfied and having the time of my life. It did take time to grow so have patience and like others here have suggested, use Perito's technique when cycling and cycle daily.

Just to echo what most have already said-
You will get it back. I’m barely two weeks past my implant and semi inflated. I can already tell it’s a bit shorter than the 7” or so I had. The Dr even measured me a bit short of that. I have a 22cm titan implant. I’m still in a decent amount of pain and haven’t been able to cycle yet or cleared to do so but I am not worried. I had really bad peyronies with narrowing and both are pretty much gone only partially inflated. Have faith, be patient and have fun with your new bionic Dick. I’m looking forward to just giving myself boners and doing stuff to my wife, where as before I was very self conscious and couldn’t maintain an erection. I’ll be cycling in the bathroom at my office, maybe in the car (with a shirt covering) and all the sex I’m about to be doing… get excited! You’ll be fine Sir!

Newhope, try to cycle while taking a warm shower or hot bath. This will soften the pump, so that you can get more pumps and less pain.
Finally Bionic

Thanks ! Will try that

Also i dont understand the math, if your 22cm implant can give you close to 7 inches erect. I dont get how mine of 19 cm (potentially 22cm with lgx expanding) comes so short… I really don’t understand

Oh my gosh, 1.5 inches post prostate removal seems like a nightmare. Happy that you recovered so much length

Re: Terrified, lost 1 inch post op, lgx 18 +1
As others have noted, you'll gain some length back for sure, so I hope you are feeling relieved by the reassurances from our awesome brethren.
You are nowhere near healed 2 weeks out, give it time and exercise
My surgeon was realistic and told me that it won't be exactly the same length.
I went from 6" to 5.5" after 3 months of healing. From there I think I got back to roughly 5.75".
I never had a vacuum tho so that 6" was a measurement hopped up on a lot of Viagra lol.
Upon my revision this last week, he was able to add longer rte as the space had stretched so I may be right around my original length.
For what it's worth, my initial implant and the revision were Coloplast Titans so not a 1:1 comparison to your AMS LGX.
Some extra thoughts...
I don't know your background or sex life, but I do know that women I am friends with, along with my girlfriend, constantly note that they don't need more than 4 inches to feel pleasure. It's us men who hyper fixate on it... The G-Spot is only 3" inside the vagina anyway and larger penises tend to feel uncomfortable or hurt most women....
So the old mantra of it's not the size of the ship, it's the motion of the ocean applies here
With that said, I'm confident(and I'm sure our brethren are as well) that you'll see higher numbers as you heal and cycle regularly.
Sending you positive thoughts and well wishes on your healing!

A good portion of our penis is inside our body. Your surgeon will have proximal and distal measurements - like 15 cm proximal and 7 cm distal. Everyone is different. Also, I’m not 7” now. I’m a bit less but I know based on my penis and my anatomy and the expertise of Dr. Clavell, I’ll be pretty close to that after I heal and cycle. My girth is already back to OEM at the base and midway up.

Lol OEM made me laugh, if our original dick is OEM, then what is the implant? Definitely an aftermarket performance part!
