We don't get bi or tri mix here unfortunately, instead we get viridal duo and Caverject.
I believe both are just aprostadil.
My urologist oversaw me inject 2.5 units(mcg) back in October.
It was horrible. I couldn't get an erection because of the pain... Is the penis supposed to hurt and ache so much with it?
Sort of got a chubby but nowhere near as good as without anything or with pills... Problem is pills don't overcome psychological barriers.
Anyone had any success in the UK with injections.?

Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.

I had 20mcg alprostadil injected for a doppler ultrasound, got about 70% hard
Next step is to be taught how to self inject then they will let me titrate up to 40mcg alongside 10mg taladafil to see if I can get 100%
