Hey all, just wondering how many guys here are under, say, 40 and have an implant? Hows it working out for you? Would also be interesting to hear from single guys with an implant. How do girls react? I am mid twenties and single, pills don't work anymore and now am looking at the implant.

I am in the same situation. I'm 23 and unable to get an erection with any remedy. I'm looking at the implant as the solution for my misery. I have talked a bit to Minnisota at this site, who has his own YouTube channel. He was implanted at 19. I found lots of inspiration from his videos. His channel is TheImplantGuy.

I'm 35 years old and single with an implant. Women love it! My advice would be to go with a top surgeon and do it ASAP. Any questions message me.

I agree with ED 2013. I am 38, been dealing with this mess since my 20's to varying degrees. I am five weeks post OP and will be officially activated next week. If you are physically able- DO IT DO IT DO IT. You will be stunned with your ability to have sex whenever you want, for as long as you want and how many times you want. Guys who have had success on this site call sex now "sessions" now because they seem to truly make it an event, lol.
