I'm not here to just list the advantages.
Since a cure for erectile dysfunction will never be found, I hope that maybe they can create/modify anti-erosion malleables.
In that case everyone would opt for malleable.

The malleable will always have the dual problems of constant large size and constant stiffness (whether bent or straight, it is stiff).

The advantages of the malleable is that it is a one-piece implant. No moving parts and no reservoir, tubing or pump. BIG advantages there.

There is research into other one-piece implants with the advantages I listed but also without the disadvantages of the three-piece. I cite the temperature-activated implant. Heated up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees centigrade/Celcius) it enlarges and stiffens until it cools down some time later. No moving parts. External magnetic heating source needed.

Something to think about is the inventiveness of the human mind.

My implant is only 6 months old so I don't have a clear opinion on it and since I have never had an inflatable I have nothing to compare it to. I can say I never took the first pain pill after the surgery and it does bend quite well. Support from Rigicon as far as getting information is nill. You are always referred back to the dr. and if your dr. is not very forthcoming then you are pretty much on your own.

so where did you have your ridgcon implant done ? india and was it by dr gupta ? i ahve contacted a few in india . one place wants me to get a long list of medical tests , from chest X-rays to a dozen different blood tests and several other tests like ekg echo grams etc . .i have had 2 major surgeries from severe accidents [2 long rods permanently in my back and a large plate in my lower knee holding that together] and they didn't do any where near the amount of tests they are making it difficult . dr gupta isnt as bad in that regard but he wants a $ 500 deposit just to book an appointment.

Big deal, the companies offer a lifetime warranty. It costs virtually nothing in raw material to make the implant so to market it better, why not give a lifetime, false security, warranty. They made their money on the first one.
They don't cover the expensive part being the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and hospital.

haha . i call b.s. does a plastic cable tie break from fatigue ? we are not talking cheap tin off a roof here or tie wire . even tie wire has to bent a hundred times and fast -repeatably before it will fatique enough to break . no one has complained of the metal in their malleable breaking from any type of use .

No, The doctor doesn't recognize that he made a mistake, he says everything is fine, it hurts, after paying for it out of my own pocket I have to take it in the ass because these bastards cash in and don't fix their mistakes, he took the piss out of me and the discomfort will go away , instead nothing passes, the truth that he put the punts too far ahead

A plastic cable tie stays stationary. An implant is bent up and down and manipulated vigorously during sex.
The fact is that ALL materials fatigue under use over time. The only differential is the rate at which a particular material fails.

Pills didn't work well. Trimix worked good for 3 years, then only fair for following 3 years but need a cock ring in conjunction.

Not sure how long this MPP will last, I'm sure much longer than another IPP would have.
one thing I do know from experience of having 4 IPP surgeries is that having the cylinders, reservoir, pump, 3 hose's that I know of, and I don't know how many funky connections on these hose's all taken out and replaced with 2 simple silicone coated rods is a relief in my mind.
Like the surgeon told me the real benefit to a IPP is not that it will necessarily pump up to give you a bigger dick than the MPP, but (the benefit is that you can deflate it) for easier concealment.
As of right now I think I have a bigger unit with the MPP than I did with the IPP.
This is my personal experience of having both kinds of implants.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.
