one thing I do know from experience of having 4 IPP surgeries is that having the cylinders, reservoir, pump, 3 hose's that I know of, and I don't know how many funky connections on these hose's all taken out and replaced with 2 simple silicone coated rods is a relief in my mind.
Like the surgeon told me the real benefit to a IPP is not that it will necessarily pump up to give you a bigger dick than the MPP, but (the benefit is that you can deflate it) for easier concealment.
As of right now I think I have a bigger unit with the MPP than I did with the IPP.
This is my personal experience of having both kinds of implants.

Here's a pic from 2 years ago with the IPP implanted, and thats the wifey in the background,, my motivation for all of this.

After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

Your wife is very sexy, I don't know if your wife likes to fuck. my wife tries to avoid sex, my motivation for having an implant is to go to paid girls

Interesting how we all have different fears. I didnt want the malleable because i thought if sized to my max size, i would be at risk if erosion of the glands, and if you we not sized aggressively you would lose length. I also didnt want a full boner all day, the titan flaccid is almost too big, but fun.

No right answers, the only wrong answer for me was do nothing and slowly never have sex again. Good luck all!

Oh she loves to f***, no two ways about , she's always in short skirts high heels no bra and no limits, even though I have implant problems I consider myself very fortunate

I made the terrible mistake in 1989 by getting a malleable. The cylinders broke after 5 yrs from bending to conceal from being very young and active. Uncontrolled diabetes made it worst for me. No revisions and I still have it in me. TotAlly broke and total loss of feeling from severe diabetic neuropathy. Trying to remove completely without installing another. Total scar tissue could stop me from being able to urinate. I’m only 57 yrs old. Talk abt a total nightmare !!!

I was 5 years old in 1989

Are you really comparing a 1989 implant with a 2019+ model

Ive also heard of cadavers in medical school that have been found to have the malleable in

I don't care what it takes, I'm not going to do another IPP, not sure how long the MPP will last, but hopefully after they cremate me there's just two burnt rods sticking out of the ashes

I know all the local funeral directors in my area. When I die, hope they don’t notice it. They will gossip and tell. My worry if I get it removed, what will be left of my penis except the urethra to piss out. I read horrible stories of implants getting infected and gangrene set it.

You need to take an anatomy class if you think removing a malleable implant is going to affect the urethra, prostate, bladder or anything else.

The malleable is simplu silicone rods inside the carvenosa space thats it

you should remove that crappy old implant and have the rigi10 implanted im.

also i dont see why a malleable would cause scar tissue and even if there was, it doesn't matter as you have ED anyway and only an implant can give you hard on now
