Interesting this article mentions nasal spray. I didn’t think that was effective, or at least you’d need a massive does in order to compare what you’d get w/ subcutaneous. Anyone had any experiences?

Nasal is a waste of time. I am starting with PT 141 injections in the next few days. I will report results.

Yes, I have tried PT-141 and Melanotan 2 several times. I have a very deep tan, but I am on holiday in AZ and doing a lot of tanning.
I have gotten wood from both but not an on demand hard-on. Mostly getting nocturnal wood so not practical for a jump in the sack moment. However getting a nice chub all day and that is a vast improvement over the past years.
I have one vial of PT-141 left and going to increase the dosage to see if I can get a more spontaneous result in a few hours of injection.

Also have bought a pump to do my 3rd injection of Trimix. First two were disasters. The pump certainly works to plump up the penis and will help with my next injection. Hopefully I will get results the next time.

Ya both Melanotan 2 and PT 141 make you very horny. Just not guaranteed wood when you want it. I am going to combine PT-141 with a 20mg Levitra next time. Forget the others, Levitra is great. I would like to get Stendra but not available in N.A as yet.

I am +60. I had prostate cancer, and opted to get a prostatectomy. Prior to surgery, I had no problem getting good erections with Viagra. After surgery, and for the past few years, I have been unable to get an erection with Viagra. Not even a mild one. Just nothing. That's the bad news. The good news is that Trimix works every time. It's 100% effective for me. So I assume I incurred some bad nerve damage in the surgery, but that my blood vessels are OK.

I am looking for Trimix alternatives though. I'm tired of injecting my penis. I just noticed PT141, which seems to work via our nervous system. Does it use different nerves than the ones which were cut in my surgery? Or will the prostate nerve damage cause PT141 to be ineffective too?
