After 21 months I measured my flaccid at 5-1/2” then pump to max and it’s at 6-3/4 so definitely after it’s broken in and softens up your natural dick will pull it in some and give you a more natural flaccid look. At first my flaccid was at about 3 on the clock now it hangs about 5 on the clock when fully deflated. I generally put a few pumps in so it doesn’t look so flat so there’s that!

So you do gain girth from deflate to inflated on a Titan? any length gain from deflate to inflate?

Sorry I misread the question… yes ! I was at 5-3/4 at base, 5-1/2mid and 5-1/2 just behind glans just prior to implant. Was a bit less immediate after surgery and by 6months I was back to original girth. But by the 10-11 month I was 6” plus a little at base 5-3/4 mid and still 5-1/2 just behind glans
I was a full inch short in length immediately after implant at first pump. But by 6 months had gained about a half inch back and now I’m back to full length!! Definitely a lot harder than I ever was even with injections and totally dependable! The wife and I really love the new me! Took my mind a while to believe it wouldn’t go limp as it had been doing for years but that’s past and just enjoying it twice a week!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Are your measurements deflated to inflated or are you just talking pre/post deflated?

I am 3 weeks post implant I was 6.75” partially erect the day before surgery. My surgeon didn’t even look at me prior to surgery and couldn’t assess with caverject due to previous priamisms caused by the caverject. My surgery was a cancellation so I didn’t have time to think but obviously my main concern was size post surgery as I had already lost a lot over the last 4 yrs with Ed, then pyeronies and priapisms. I asked my surgeon the day of my op as I had read that I would not get to the same erect size pre op (the day before) not years prior. I was concerned I would be left the size of stretched flaccid which was much smaller than partially erect. He reassured me this was not the case. Having been unbandaged, swelling gone I am now in trauma and suicidal as I have lost over 2” in length plus a lot of girth. Started cycling and it doesn’t even get as hard as I was partially the day previous to my op. Please tell me this isn’t what I am left with moving forwards ? Already considering getting a loan and having a revision done as I feel like I have been substantially undersized ?
48 yrs old, 3yrs Ed, priapisms, peyronies.
pre op 6.3/4”L 5.3/4”G
Post op 4.3/4”L, 5”G. 20cm coloplast, 1cm tip extenders. Absolutely distraught and wishing I’d never had surgery

Was your surgeon an experienced implanter? What size implant was used? What were your measurements edect prior? Fill out a signature so more people can help answer your questions. It’s very common to be an inch or more short and much smaller in girth immediately after surgery. I was a little over an inch short and gained back all I lost and some additional girth. Don’t freak out yet… give it time. By 6 months I was maybe 1/4 or a little more short still and by 10-11 months was fully back. It happens so slow it’s difficult to see day to day. Go to the search and put in words like short or regaining length and you can read for hours about others who have had the same feelings your having! Heck… I knew I would be short and it would take time but I still had that sinking feeling when it was over an inch short!! If you used a qualified surgeon you should be just fine.

You can check my many postings regarding your concern. In a nutshell I went from post prostrate removal then 3 years ED I was 1.5-2 inch turtle head. Tried everything and sure I thought about leaving the planet many times. I'm 15 months in and am 6L 6Girth. I couldn't be any happier. Cycling is key and just have patience. takes time to heal. I know I'm not alone when it came to the turtle head size. So far I haven't heard of anything close to where I was so don't worry about it. Post implant surgery for a bit I wasn't impressed but it has grown. Many say the same thing about healing and time and cycling. GL to ya.

Thanks for coming back to me. I was 6.3/4” the day prior. Not sure about how much experience my surgeon has, as stated this was a cancellation and after years of suffering with Ed I have struggled mentally and was that desperate I jumped straight in. Not that I was interested in flaccid length I was under the impression I would be more or less the same length 6.3/4” flaccid post op give or take 1-2cm but would then be able to gain a full erection of around the same size.
I really was beginning to lose all hope until I read this thread, hopefully I can get back to somewhere near my pre op size. I have started cycling and the results fully pumped are very disappointing with regards to hardness is this something that will also get better over time in your experience ?

Thanks Alex, sounds like you have come on leaps and bounds and reading from your personal experience is giving me back a lot of hope I had lost. I was totally traumatised when my dressings came off especially after reading that if there is any increase in length from deflated to inflated it would only be around 1cm. I honestly thought I had made the biggest mistake of my life and was hoping it had been a bad dream so thanks again.

Don’t be afraid to double up on your hands when pumping to add pressure. The whole system is stiff and hard to pump much pressure. Just grip pump as usual and put your other hand over it and find a way to add pressure. Pull up a search for Perito exercises on this forum and give it a try. It will help with the break in period. Everybody is different but time will fix most all issues. Stay at it and in no time you’ll see improvement with length, girth, and hardness. Would be interested to know what brand and length you got implanted.

Any update on whether you ended up gaining back your size?
