And what is your current normal state? So do you carry it up, or does it just hang forward?
I find it difficult to imagine that he is always rigid.
I've had the feeling since the beginning that I'm 'underfilled', I can only use the pump about 6-7 times, then I can't pump in any more saline liquid, the hardness is okay but not extremely hard with 30-40 pumps like that in other reports.
I am very pleased that you are satisfied with your MPP.
Me & My Genesis Malleable
Re: Me & My New Malleable
28, Titan Touch 3/22. Length + girth back. ED all life. Feeling underfilled. Only 6-7 pumps until pump stays depressed. Hardness acceptable but not very strong. Thinking about malleable implant.

Do you think you've lost length and girth? if you also want pm, be strong, the via crucis is over for you, I'm rooting for you
The tips go into the head area of the glands, they are less noticeable than the IPP's were, I will try and take better pic's of everything when I take a shower today.
The length is about the same at 7 inch's, the diameter is also at 7 inch's, I actually believe it is slightly more than I got with the IPP.
And on that subject, I was really concerned about girth, and the surgeon told me not to worry and that I and the wifey would be more than happy in that area of it, which I am.
The surgeon explained it like this, The real advantage of the IPP is not that your going to have a bigger cock than with the MPP,,,, but when you deflate it you can conceal it easier than with a MPP.
I had 24cm titans before, now the MPP is 23cm with dual 13mm implants, and yes I know the 13 mm doesen't sound like alot, but as you can see from the pic's it's more than enough at 7 inch's diameter.
thedriver, I didn't see your dick with ipp, I saw this photo with mpp, I must tell you that it looks really good, better than mine with ipp titan, so you don't have to worry, even if you lost 1/2", you must think about feel good and enjoy it once and for all, for your whole life, enough of this shit of revisions, we are not machines, you are fine my brother and look forward, my tips are too far forward and I can't wait to take off this implant, it's like having small shoes, but I can't do it, I'll have to live with it until it fails, the risks of ipp are not only major infections, breakages, and third ball, but also a bad installation, there are countless risks, many who have had damn they don't write on FT anymore because they're sick of being attacked by those lucky few who everything went smoothly
Not necessarily agreeing or disagreeing but there are over 63,000 penile implants done ea year in the world and that was in 2020 average. It’s probably gone up since then. But the posters on here are a tiny percentage of the total and I still believe that more people that are having issues are more likely to post than those that are doing great. I read and studied for many months on this site for over a year prior to getting an implant! After I hit it I fell off for a long time but for some unknown reason I’ve recently started keeping up again. My IPP is going great at 21 months and would do it again tomorrow if(when) it fails! Good luck to all!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Is it fair to state that MPP offers reliability akin to a Toyota Camry, celebrated for reliability, dependability and low upkeep, whereas the IPP models are likened to a Mercedes - initially luxurious and superior but possibly expensive to repair if problems occur (endless money pits). I'd appreciate any insight on this matter, particularly from the standpoint of someone at 42, aiming for cost-efficiency and navigating a crappy health insurance.

The malleable device itselfay have the reliability of a Camry, but there is another part to the equation - your penis tissue. The malleable is more likely to have erosion and extrusion issues due to always being hard vs the IPP which deflates and shrinks.
So while the device itself may be fine, your tissue could become problematic.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

That's a great point and it never occurred to me. Thank you.
Re: Me & My New Malleable
I too have a mallabble and I think each penis and the surgeon is one of the many factors in the erosion equation.
The inflatables can have erosion issues also not as common as the mallabble but still a risk factor. Also your age ..how aggressive and how often you use your implant are also factors.

Re: Me & My New Malleable
All of these previous posts have very good points, I like the Camry to mercedes thing, lol. you kind of hit it right on the head for me.
I went to a couple of store yesterday, and put my malleable down and too the left with some tighter briefs and looser jeans, I don't think it looked like I was shopping with a hardon, so I don't think thats going to be a big deal.
When it comes down to the decision on what to get,,, you have to go by what is right for you at that time in life.

After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

Thanks a bunch! It's super motivating to hear from folks who've had a used Camry versus a used Mercedes. When they're new, all cars are great! But I'm definitely looking for something that'll last and won't break the bank with maintenance costs (Malleable), especially since I'm not in a spot to handle Mercedes-level (Inflatable) upkeep right now.

I wish I had your common sense 4 surgeries ago.

Man, it's tough, I tell you. I met with two top-notch urologists both are Coloplast Centers of Excellence in the US, and neither of them were encouraging the idea of going for a Malleable on me. It's weird how things work here in the US. Over in India, unless you're loaded, doctors usually don't even suggest the inflatable option. It's only by hearing stories from people like you that we get to uncover these differences. Oh, and that Toyota/Mercedes comparison? I got that from Dr. Ashish Sabharwal from India – dude does like 50 malleable surgeries a month and still answers questions in YouTube!
