When to tell new Girlfriend

Postby Richard1954 » Mon Jan 06, 2014 2:14 am

Guys, at what point in a new relationship should I tell a new Girlfriend I have ED? :?:

The last relationship I had, I was deep into a our relationship she found out about my ED when I could not get an erection (was not on Bimix) and she was gone. Just like that, it was devastating and of course this makes the ED even worst.

I am on Bimix and having fair or less success (that's another question). I want to be completely honest with my new girlfriend.

So the 2 questions are.
1) When do I tell her?
2)How is the best way to tell her and how much detail should I go into?
Thanks for the support and info.

I've been wondering those things for a year now, and have no answers. I've not pursued women like I used to for that reason, among others. The last one I had, almost 2 years ago, bailed out after I found out I had PC.

I know I would have to be honest about it and tell a new GF before she found out herself. But at what point would I tell her? No idea. That, plus the embarrassment of it all, it's just easier to not have a woman around.

Hi Richard just what kind of ED do you have, can you get a semi erection? do you get morning woods? any nocturnal erections?

Thanks Andy and NOWHARD,
Andy, I know where you are coming from and I feel your pain. I am in that same boat.
I am in hopes either Trimix or Bimix will work enough that with a lady with a little understanding would be fine with, that's my hopes.

HOWARD, I do get wood at different times but it is short lived, maybe several minutes and pretty hard but tapers off quickly. This is without injecting. With injection much better but not where I want it. I asked another question in the Inject Forum for help on this.

I really think/hoping that the Trimix or Bimix would be my ticket but still feel the need to tell the GF, I was thinking it would be best somewhere in the early stages of the relationship. Just not sure, I'm sure there are guys that have been through this.

Looking for help from you guys on this, come on guys give a brother a little info.

Thanks again Andy and NOWHARD

Thanks,
Richard

Hello

I'm in the same boat. Last GF bailed when Orals failed just prior to going to injections. Most recent woman I dated I was honest and carefully and tactfully explained the situation and did so in positive light and she bailed to. So suppose I went all out and got an implant - what more could a man do? Would said women still bail? Yeah prolly cause it's not about treatment that's at issue here ( think about it, diabetics inject daily to live and have relationships ) no it's more about the problem itself.

So I too have not been involved since injecting although it works and I get night wood an partial erections anyways but decided not to disclose up front about it again. Even that seems silly cause even if I knock the bottom out of her all night following hidden injection I prolly couldn't again at first light so she's gonna know - then it's an issue of honesty and she might bail anyway. Thoughts/ discuss

Thanks trucxrule for your reply,

Dang life is tough, I've got it easy compared to what you are up against.
If you don't mind would you share the cost of the implant?
Would you recommend it and do it again?
Best of luck with your situation.
I wish there was a quick cure.

Thanks,
Richard

I'm no expert on new relationships since I've been married to my wife for 53 years now. When orals completely stopped working for me, my wife accepted it.
Now that the injections have returned us to our 20s things are great.
I suppose what I'm trying to say is with the right woman, she'll understand and support you. If not, she's just not right and who wants her.
Just my $.02.
Maybe you could just try to go slow with a new relationship and see how compatible you are before taking it to the next level?

Given the subject, I don't think one can compare the reactions of a wife of many years to a potential new lover. I can totally understand why a woman wouldn't want to get involved with someone like me. Any half-way decent wife, however, would not up and leave her husband over this.

Richard: I didn't really mention this, but Trimix does work quite well for me -- getting a (phony) hard-on isn't an issue. What is an issue would be having to tell a woman that I don't even know what is going on. It's all phony, it's all fake, my dick is an inch shorter than it was before the RP, and nothing can be spontaneous. This has been discussed before on here, and I remember one guy (I think he was fairly young) who said he would hide using a needle for as long as he could get away with it. I could never be that dishonest with a woman. She probably -- and rightly so -- would never trust me with anything.

I've had plenty of different women throughout my life (I'm 63) and had a lot of fun, but none of this is fun. Having to go through the above just to get laid doesn't matter that much to me anymore. But because of a life-long failure with women, I was on a downhill slide away from them anyway when I found out I had PC. So it's not like I've done a sudden 180.

If I get laid again someday, great. But actually, I would value female companionship more than sex.

But, this is what life has dealt me, everyone is different.

Find a good surgeon, get an implant and be a stud. Zero to hero.

Hi Richard, you said this, HOWARD, I do get wood at different times but it is short lived, maybe several minutes and pretty hard but tapers off quickly. This is without injecting. With injection much better but not where I want it. I asked another question in the Inject Forum for help on this.
Sop Ok then your not dead yet there is hope, If you can find my posts, there's one on the hardwear ice, its a cock ring, I have one and wear it 24/7 get some great boners with it.
You can also find some post of mine on herbs and a hormone, these are titled DRUGS VERSUS HERBS, HERBS MY CHOICE, same again but with this added, DAILY INTAKE, and there's NOHARDS HERB LIST WITH LINKS and NOHARDS HERBS FOR ED, PART 2, if you get into this way of life for a good erection, its all down to getting your own mix right, you can use mine a guide and just add or subtract, do lots of reading, but its there.
Getting your blood right is the first thing, getting your diet right is a good think, keeping off fast foods and junk foods will help, end of the day, we are what we eat.
Have a look on www, myhardwear, com I have the ice but there is also the industrial clip this you can adjust to just how hard you want to be.
I do hope, in all this you can find some help, as for finding a women, there's one there for you somewhere, just keep looking, just don't give up, I know easy to write, hard to fulfil, but somewhere you will find the women who will work with you.
Good Luck
