Technique to making the TriMix injection work even better.

AFAIK, there is a connection between the two corpus cavernosa everywhere. That's why you can inject on one side and you end up with a more or less normal erection.
The part that is not really affected by injections is the "under-belly" and glans of the penis, they are made of another type of tissue. However, since basically the whole "concept" of the erection is based on tension and constricting the veins, when you get the corpus cavernosa big and hard, they also constrict the corpus spongiosa (lower part of the penis) and produce a semi-normal effect.
Adding a good cock-ring definitely helps to keep the whole thing bigger and harder.

That all being said, massaging the injection site and whole penis does help to spread the medication, and also helps prevent bruising and hematomas around the injection site.
Finally, the perineum area is literally a "boost button" for us, pressing yourself there instantly "jump starts" your penis, pumping up blood from that lower section of it to the frontal and more "useful" one. That's why some cockrings are made to compress the area and others are worn behind the balls.
I suggest learning to use that zone if you are injecting. You should give the medication a bit of time to work after injecting, and more importantly for the injection site to "close up" (a few minutes or so) before "pumping" your perineum - the pressure that builds in your penis is quite high and if you do it too early you might get slight bleeding from the injection site. It's not bad or anything, won't kill you but still is not pleasant and you have to keep applying pressure there to stop it bleeding.

Another tip, if you are having trouble with avoiding veins with your injections, is to put on a cockring and pump up with your perineum before injecting. It will give you a semi-hardon and make your veins pretty visible. I do tend to bleed more if i inject in a semi-hardon penis tho, for some reason. I guess the pre-existing pressure makes it bleed a bit, compared to a full flaccid.

Now, up to this time my boner would last on average 1.5 hours. Wow ................. my cock was hard for 2.5 hours. Amazing! This technique works for me and I'll keep on going. Thanks guys.

I joined this forum 10 years ago and the information and support has been and continues to be invaluable. I can't tell you how helpful the moderator and originator of the site was to me when I first joined. He walked me through what to expect with the whole injection process, questions to ask the physician, etc. Thanks again to all of you. I can't imagine the struggles men in the past had while coping with ED. Brian this is a great post. I have tried your technique three times .... results in much improved hardness and length. Massaging at the very base ... inside the scrotum .... is very effective. Can't believe that I have been injecting for 5 years and have only worked the injection around and up and down the length. I used the pump before to get plump, that was about 7 minutes. Injected and then put the pump on my two more minutes. Rock hard wood on a .2 shot. My first time successful after 2 botched attempts.

I have the trimix but haven't injected any yet, do you know what caused your 2 botched attempts? Also what did you do different on your successful attempt?

Curious to know how long your hard-on lasts after the medication is distributed along the FULL length of your cock? I have heard some experts talk of "choking-up" at the base of your cock so as not to allow any medication to flow out of the main shaft.... that would mean NOTHING / LITTLE in the "hidden" part of the cock. Had you tried this prior to massaging the full length? Do you find a difference in the length of time you have your erection?

My first attempt was by hand injecting, needle bent, pain for several days. Bought an Autoinject 2 and promptly pierced my urethra, lots of blood pouring out. Very unnerving for a few days. Shortened the length of the needle and have had two very successful sessions since. Plump up the penis with a VED, have your autoinject locked and loaded, find your spot and inject, no pain at all. Put some pressure on the inject site for a few moments and what I do is reinsert into the VED for about 2 minutes. This seems to distribute the Trimix very well. I am at .2 and gives me a rock hard for close to 2 hours.

Now I have to work on the PE to get it longer than a few minutes. Sad to have such an enormous erection and only really get the real pleasure over a few minutes.
