I've done over 50 injections.
My erections usually last anywhere from 1-3 hours.
One time I took Viagra then 2 hours later my wife wanted action, I injected And was hard from Trimix for almost 5 hrs.

We almost always to sex between 12 midnight and 3 am. I used to stay awake until it went down but now, I usually go to sleep (fully erect).
I will wake up 2-3.5 hours later with my erection. Get up, walk around and it starts to go down.

Regarding Priapism. I've woken up at the four-hour mark several times fully erect. Getting up and walking around it then starts to go down.
I have never gone to ER, nor have I ever taken Sudafed nor have I ever taken the antidote.
Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.

In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

caverjectc is alprotasdil. If the dose of 20 for an exam was too high.
Nobody wants to do another Dopler echo on me because they say I'm sensitive to medication. The pills don't work well for me.
I don't know which direction to take, I'm stuck

What treatment are you doing?

Do you think it can be cured?

Maybe time to find a new urologist.

When I had my ultrasound. My urologist injected Trimix. He said to massage it, and he would be back to do the ultrasound.

Ten minutes or so when he came back I jokingly said you missed! Because there was no erection.
He assured me that he did not miss. And proceeded with the ultrasound of my flaccid penis.

He told me he only injected 3 units. Normally I inject 10 units for an erection.
He explained that the purpose of the ultrasound was to check for Peyronie's plaque and to check blood flow. That he did not need a full erection.

I asked about a venous leak, he said that since I had a full erection with Trimix I do not have a venous leak.
So what is the source of my ED? I asked if is it psychological to which he agreed.

I had a Dopler echo with 20mcg of caverject, my velocity was 4.4 and 3.7, then I got priapism and they had to drain me with a syringe.
You think he has a venous leak.
Could 3-hour priapism harm me? I hear answers.
I don't have morning erections and my siblas are very weak, not like they were strong before.

I've been injecting with Trimix for some 10 years, and recently moved to Quad mix at a much lower dose. What has helped me tremendously with maintaining an erection was using a cock ring. Finding the right fit was key and since I've been using it which is the past several years I'm able to keep a nice firm erection through the time I'm having sex. Have you tried a cock ring?
