I was concerned of course about length and girth loss, the surgeon told me he would only short me by 1cm, going from a 24cm to a 23cm and the girth would be what I had with the Titan IPP if not a little bit more as long as there was room for the 13mm MPP implants,

The length is about the same at 7 inch's, the diameter is also at 7 inch's, I actually believe it is slightly more than I got with the IPP.

And on that subject, I was really concerned about girth, and the surgeon told me not to worry and that I and the wifey would be more than happy in that area of it, which I am.

I had 24cm titans before, now the MPP is 23cm with dual 13mm implants, and yes I know the 13 mm doesen't sound like alot, but as you can see from the pic's it's more than enough at 7 inch's diameter.

ill share my experience since i now have gotten a malleable .
I had decided to get the ridgi10 due to it having more sizes available .
im paying out of pocket and i went to India for the implant .
the doctor i went to prefers the tactra ,,while dr gupta prefers the ridgi10 .
So at the doctors the first day .he recommended the tactra due to my length .
stating its stiffer . and showed me both of those and the indian one .
the tactra was stiffer [the ridgi10 stiff enough ]. now i tried to find info on what size rods are needed for a corresponding girth ,but couldn't find anything .
i replied that i liked the ridi10 because of the 14mm extra available size .
he said not to worry .i wont lose length or girth . so ok then i trust his experience .
i had the implant on the 18th this month . i measured several times before hand . i was 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 length and a nice fat 6inch girth .
now with the tactra and 13mm rods . im 6 1/2 lenth and 5 INCH girth .
i lost 1 inch girth . wth!?
its a done deal now .
yet driver you have the same size rods and kept the 7 inch girth .
i should have went with the ridi10 as planned . but it is what it is .
my wife probably wont mind [ she is away for a few months with our new grand daughter ] as when i would do her doggie style she wanted me to hurry up and finish [dick was to fat for her ] but damn i mind . and i want that girth back .how to get it back i dont know , maybe fillers
now im wondering why you were able to keep a 7 inch girth [ congratulations on that ]and i went from 6 to5 ?
other than the loose in girth there was almost no pain , more like discomfort when underwear was pulled tight . and it being a liitle hard to urinate ..i need to contract my stomach muscles to push the urine out 80 % of the time at day 7 .

update . i tried taking some cialis and stimulating my self . and i did get some extra engorgement close to 6 inch lower shaft and less towards the glans .
but optimal would be 6 at all times . i can live with this ,at least its ready to go 24/7 . but ,still disapointed with 'flaccid" girth though

I agree on the idea of creating a thread called the Tactra, would be interesting to follow your progress thru this.
We are all built different, some have more flesh around the shaft than others, but to drop an entire inch of girth ? and you shouldn't have any problem urinating at this point, have you talked to your surgical team at all about this ?
Give it a month or more and see how things are, I was actually over 7 1/4 a week after surgery due to swelling, I now walk around at 6 1/2, and engorgement with the wifeys help I am just under 7.
I wish I had measurements from when I had the IPP's,,,, If I had to guess I would say I was around 7 1/2 G, when inflated, but with very little natural sensation and feeling thru out the shaft and glans, the natural engorgement that I get now thru out the shaft actually makes me an easy cummer, the MPP is giving me way more sensation than with the IPP.

yeah i wasnt going to start a thread since its early on after the operation.
and can't try it out for 4 weeks but over all recovery is pretty easy regarding pain , i cant say i had any . There is slight discomfort if the already tight under wear is pulled tighter like when i got stuck in what amounted to a child seat on the 4 hour bus ride home [ no issue on the 8 hours of flight time ]
my only complaint is the girth .
I don't see that increasing, if anything it should be larger after the operation due to swelling . But there really wasn't much of that . Just some bruising color.
I will consult with the doctor and ask him why i dropped that much girth .
When I'm "in the mood" for now recovery is fine .
i would like to see some kind of chart that gives basic reference as to a guys current girth to what mm rod would be best suited to maintain that size .
I couldn't find single thread anywhere on that subject. As of now, it seems hit or miss . Maintaining a 5 inch seems likely . But over that I don't know .

No, there are 2 - 13mm malleable implants rods, and the wifey is happier than ever, she is in a skirt and heels teasing and ready to put on a toy and fingering show everyday lately, I have a hard time walking past her without getting grabbed and groped,,,, I see she took her fuck machine out last night and set it up in the play room,,, so I'm pretty sure I'm in for a machine show today.

I’ve been reading about the malleable a lot recently but someone sent this link in from dr Eid talking about how the malleable causes penile tissue atrophy over time which can’t be fixed. Has anyone else been told this by their surgeon?
