Effectiveness of Trimix

Hi guys,

I’ve been injecting maybe a couple/3 times a weeks for about 3 weeks now.

It seems like my dosage is not as effective as it was. I am bumping it up 1 unit each time I inject and it still is barely enough for penetration. I am keeping the vial in the refrigerator until I need it and promptly put it back in after I fill the needle. Do you think the Trimix is getting weak from me not storing it in the freezer? Could that happen in 3 weeks or maybe I’m missing the sweet spot on the injection? Today’s injection I had a severely bent needle after I injected, almost 45 degrees, so it wouldn’t surprise me if I had a partial miss.

I don't know how big a part this plays in your situation but: The heavy hitter in tri-mix is usually the alprostadil (PGE1) and it loses potency rapidly if only refrigerated and very rapidly at roon temperature. How greatly this effects your mix will depend on to what extent the alprostadil plays in the effectiveness of your mix. What is the the amount of alprostadil in your mix. Some guys only have a little alprostadil in their mix so the losing it's potency has little effect on the results. I use straight alprostadil and saline so it would have a huge effect on me. I store it in the freezer. You do boost it with a novelty/sex shop cock ring don't you?
