For 6 months I struggled with ED. New gf, quit porn BC I though it hurt, took daily cialis, I could have sex with this but felt rubbery. For the past two months though I can get full lasting erections with everytime I masturbate, sometimes takes a couple minutes but I get there. And I've been having sex with my gf pill free, her on top is tough sometimes but me on top and I seem to be pretty close to normal. In two months only been a couple times I struggled but was still able to penetrate with what I had. Is it all in my head?

Hi, What you had was from porn, it was porn enduced ED, it shuts down our sexual receptors, hence your problem.
By giving up porn things slowly get back to normal, and your the proof that it can be done.

I relied on porn when I first started to develope ED and found it to be helpful. After a while, however, it seemed to loose it's effectiveness. There is also a lot of anicdotal evidence on the penis enlargement sites that indicate that excess porn can have a negative impact on erection quality.

Hi Bill just google ED and porn, your find loads of things on this problem, what happens is that it shuts down our sexual receptors and doing this gives guys ED, also your find that masturbating to porn does just the same thing, ED, many problems that guys get and don't want.

Great to hear from your experience Boston. Please please keep us updated on how it evolves. I have the same position-dependence as you and doctors initially suspected a venous leak but it turns out it may be psychological.

Regarding porn from personal experience a a lot of consultations with psychological therapists , my understanding is that:

- a form of mean ED can be caused by erotic-less masturbation , that is - dissociating masturbation from sexual thoughts. Mechanical masturbation gets your brain used to getting the pleasure without the sex. I used to masturbate while watching the news, or just to get an orgasm and relax when arriving home, stressed out from work. Turns out this

- if you're going to masturbate, do it on porn or on sexual thoughts.

- if you're low on sex drive, watching a bit of porn, once or twice a week and masturbating is good. your penis needs the blood flow.

- addiction to porn exists and can cause ed from too high expectations

So as contradictory as it might seems: if you like porn, your sex drive is fine, so you should stay off it. If you're not much into it, maybe give it a try ...

So is this true what I'm reading now, there some very good sites, about ED and porn, just try taking your blinkers off, it does exist and it gives a lot of guys very big problems, try reading the ED forum on www.pegym.com, or the sexual heath and ED forum on Medhelp.com Guys are crying out for help.
Please stop shovelling this shit, it does no good.

Hi Sorry for getting back late on this. The problem comes from not having the odd bash the Bishop to a picture or vid, its the guys who sit there for hours, masturbating away the lives, sorry sex lives, then cant understand, why they now have a problem, it does just shut down the sexual receptors, do that bang goes your sex life, they can get it back, but its not a thing that a tablet will cure.
They need to give every thing up to do with porn and masturbating, and if its really bad, it could take anything up to 18 months to get thing starting again, but it means no sexual contact, no masturbating, if fact nothing that involves the penis and touching there of.
Does this give a clearer picture to the problems some guys get.
Your find some guys on pegym have never overcome there problems, from porn, be warned.
