59, have been using trimix for awhile, my natural erection is drooping and curves down and to the left, the thing going on now is I deal with ocd that has progressed to the bad side were I worry about sex so much it kills my erection. I don’t know whether to try ved or start process of implant, I worry so much anymore I am a shell of myself, any input welcome.

All the psychobabble bullshit answers will be to 'get out of your head', 'stop worrying about performance', 'concentrate/focus on the sensations', 'sex is about more than simply penetration', etc.....and to an extent, they are correct, but it's much easier said than done.

Finding a good sex therapist is difficult at best....but if you can, that could be one route to explore.

A VED can be used with Trimix....but you have to be careful applying it after injecting b/c it could start a bleed from the puncture. You can use one before injection, but it seems guys rarely do more than a few minutes worth of pumping before injecting.

There are ways to incrementally work your way back to erections....take the pressure off by doing it by yourself....or taking penetration off the table completely while you and your partner work on just getting you erect for an allotted time and trying to increase the length of time you stay erect each session. I know it sounds difficult and it all depends on how supportive your partner is and how much they are willing to work with you....but it can actually build the sexual relationship if approached with a healthy mindset. That said, examine the mindset you currently hold towards your sexual performance and your erections to find what may be the underlying cause of the psychological hesistance.

What are you worried about?

Is the Trimix not working?
Curvature?
Is your wife/partner not happy?
Or something else?

You have received some very good advice above. Most docs recommend a dose up to 50 (although some approve up to
100) before you increase the strength of the Trimix. There are several levels of increased strength Trimix and after that there are different strengths of Quadmix
