It means it's a very weak starter mix. You have a long ways to go before you reach maximus strength mix. I use an alprostadil mono-mix. Your alprostadil (PGE-1) component is the 10, as in 10mcg (or ug), which is micrograms. It's generally considered the strongest component of the mix. My alprostadil component is 80mcg. I've seen tri-mix with 100mcg of alprostadil. Those amounts are per 1 ml of bacteriostatic water or saline. The other ingredients will be in mg or milligrams per ml.
