Anyone experience lower ejaculation pressure post implant?

I was never a shooter, but now it barely oozes out. I thought maybe it was because I was overinflated, but even at 70-80% it oozes and leas volume. It was shooting the first week after I was cleared for activity, But now...barely comes out. This is just masturbation - I havent tried sex yet.

Could very well be a little inflammation possibly cause from cycling and masturbation. You’re still very early in the process. Take out your recovery no touch first 4-6 weeks and your just 6 weeks or so into it. Give it time. I’m 58 and my ejaculation pressure dropped way off many years ago but my implant didn’t seem to make it any worse. In some cases the cylinders expand putting some pressure on the urethra which could cause this I’m sure. Some say urination improves and some say it decreases with implant. I personally can pee better while rock hard than when it’s flaccid and all drawn up.

I'm sure it's the cylinders that are overinflated, I've masturbated twice in the last 14 days, inflated to about 60%, over 60% more inflated, the more oval it becomes, and that's where the cylinders tighten, making neither jet nor volume, at 60% round I have more jet and more volume

My volume is the same vs pre op. I do notice the build up to ejaculation can take longer, that im going to cum feeling. Not sure its a bad thing. I kinda like it.
