Implanted 18 days ago. Still semi-inflated. Looks almost exactly like my old dick. Including the length and girth. Not going to have sex untill the 6 week mark. But had some blowjobs and handjobs already. They are just like pre-surgery.

14 mos post op, couldn’t be happier. I believe my choice of implant was well researched and well informed for my lifestyle. When not in use it looks and feels natural, but I can make it harder than my wife likes it when the time comes. It falls perfectly in the performance envelope I planned it would. (She prefers it at ~80%). No issues with bulges, bathing suits or grandkids on my lap, dog ears, crinkles or noisy pumps. We frequent nude resorts and there’s no concern about looking like I have a chubby when I shouldn’t. Now I’m just a proud flaccid owner whom has a hidden superpower.

All that being said, I attribute the vast majority of my happiness to Dr. Clavell. Everything is placed perfectly, no palpable or evident tubing, no visible scar, pump low and behind my testicles turned to match my right hand grip, and unless the doc had told me I wouldn’t know where the reservoir is.

Doctors are more important than products, but the products are not the same. The very same implant installed by a hack could be absolute misery.

So far, perfectly!(15 months)

Can make this thing harder than an aircraft bolt or semi-pliable.
Wife doesn't like "rock "hard so its great making this softer when necessary.

Simply put, changing from position to position without ANY worry is worth any
amount of discomfort or pain when first implanted.

No regrets.

I also have AMS LGX 18 with 3 RTE, implanted July 23 and it works great, again and again, I can't understan why I didn't Franktalk earlier as reading this this forum has helped me to decicde.
And I should have done it much earlier, but Ok, still enjoy each and every day!
