Today I did my 2nd injection approximately the 10-11 o'clock position, bottom 1/3rd towars the base. It was a little difficult to pierce the CC but the needle eventually went all the way in. I did 0.06 or 6 units as 5 units kept me semi hard for 4 hours. My partner began giving me oral but then during sex my dick proceeded to soften up to almost flacid. After I came maybe 35 mins in my dick proceeded to go flacid as it normally would with no trimix.
Clearly I must have missed the spot this time as my injection at the Dr's office gave me 60% hardness for 4 hours. I did try the other side of my penis for this injection to alternate sides but being left handed I prefer to inject the other side but figured I should practice. I did notice a small amount of blood in the syringe when I pulled it out, does that indicate anything? Does everyone alternate or is it ok to stick to the same side? Did I just have a misfire today? 2nd time injecting so still figuring things out. Thank you for your thoughts on this!

Don't forget to massage the juice in while compressing the injection site after injecting.
When injecting tiny amounts in the 5-6 unit neighborhood a small partial miss can make a big difference.
Plunger resistance is the best way to determine proper placement. A touch of blood in the syringe may be an indicator but it's not one I use.

I'm a new user too, <10 injections so far, and I have been seeing the same touch of blood inside the bottom of the syringe too, after injection. I interpret that as having hit the right spot, and my rationale is it's a little bit of blood that's sucked back into the syringe when I release the plunger before I pull the syringe out. That could be a bad assumption, who knows. But not sure of the reliability of that indicator, because as shown by the ultimate indicator - a hard dick - my results are still uneven and unpredicktable. New at this and have a lot to learn.PrimeTime21 wrote: I did notice a small amount of blood in the syringe when I pulled it out, does that indicate anything?

You're in the corpus when there's no resistance to plunger travel AND there's no pain when the Trimix comes out of the needle. If these conditions are not met, pull out and try another spot.
I was told to alternate sides to avoid curving in case scar tissue built up. Whether scarring actually happens seems unclear to both Frank Talkers and doctors, or maybe it happens only to some guys. I'm at 350 injections now and have no obvious scarring, but I spread out the injection sites along my length. I imagine my length divided into five zones and keep a spreadsheet of which zone and side I inject, as well as all the other injection parameters. So I inject a zone only every tenth time.
