Tip of Penis not getting Hard with injections

I'm back after quite a lapse. I was given a trial of Bimix over 18 month ago by my Urologist. She said to use the varied amounts and strengths to determine which worked the best for me. For one reason or another it took over a year to go through the 10 syringes. I lost track of the results and had to start over.
I've now started another a second trial. Something that I've noticed is that the tip of my penis is not getting hard enough for penetration. My wife had already gotten off and was very lubed, but the tip kept bending over.
Has anyone had this experience regardless of how hard they got? What to do?

Only the shaft with the corpra is supposed to get hard not the glans( the head). If your shaft is hard your shouldnt have any trouble penetrating your wife. Also try Astroglide silcon. Its not as slippery as the gels

Thanks shipper, I'll try the Astroglide. I've seen it at the drug store, just not used it.

Corvette ,I injected once , about an inch down from the glans , and the glans got more engorged than ever before . I had always injected closer to the base , and my glans would never engorge , so I tried closer to the glans , and now no matter where I inject it still swells up . Try it and see if you have the same results .

I plan on trying Chuck's advice regarding the injection site to see if that hardens my glans. I also agree with Shipper that Astroglide is the best lube to use. Others may be good but, Astroglide is the best I have discovered. Even my GF's Gyn physician recommends Astroglide for a lube.

If your glans is not enlarging you have a blood flow problem my dr said Viagra was good for improving blood flow to the glans.
