]I'm 20 years old, few months ago I had an accident where I manipulated my penis ( almost bending) it, doctors ruled out penile fracture after imaging process. I don't have good erections since then, it feels like there is no base to my penis. I'm considering an implant. It's emotionally really tough for me but I'm looking at the bright side of it.

Took the mri 2 weeks after injury and 2 months after the injury. No fracture or scar.

When I force an erection it pains and it feels like my left side of the penis base is buckling and kinda feeling like a bump. The bump is protruding out, my left corpora doesn't feel like cylinder.

I'm considering an implant, can I do martial arts, exercise with it. Can I live normal ? How do I accept myself with penile implant and how not regret it when my penile implant limits me to do certain activities
Thank you

Hi,

I am still new to all of this so I can't give you the best answer. I am almost 5 weeks out now and still not afford to have sex.
From my perspective once you are healed you can do martial arts. Maybe it's wise to have a jockstrap with a cup. But I don't know how risky beating in the stomach are.
While I have to wait 6 weeks before doing excersizes I already done without any problems.
My LGX feels totally natural, I can do all activities and wear all clothes. I can't talk from experience about the Titan.

Try to find the best surgeon in your area or behind that. If you give your region, maybe others can chime in to advise you one.

Good luck.

You shouldn’t be limited in anything. After fully recovering that is.

I hit it as hard in the gym now as i ever did. Returned to the gym after 8 weeks of recovery. Those were ridiculously easy workouts. Very light in all aspects. Especially core exercises. (paranoid about herniating the reservoir).

With time confidence grew, intensity returned, and now it’s like nothing ever happened.

Stories like mine are anecdotal. Not to replace your surgeons advice, but gives you a reference point.

I personally would refrain from sports impacting the abdomen. Boxing, muay thai, karate, etc. I’m paranoid about damaging the reservoir, but i might be overly cautious. I wouldn’t hesitate to grapple/jiu jitsu.

You should look into PDE5i's first. A prescription may help the healing process.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

You're too young. If pde-5 pills don't work, consider a Malleable Penile Prosthesis.

Have you been to a specialist, not a urologist but a doctor that specializes in penis injury and surgery? Id start there if not.
My experience with urologists is that they take a more whole body whole reproductive/urinal approach to practice and lack the specific experience needed for penile health.
If you search your city and or state on this forum you will find good doctors.
Id wear out options at 20yo before implanting
51yo, ED 5 years, 45-50° curve/PD. 22cm Titan, IP with no RTE by Dr Hakky on 9/12/2023.

I did go the specialist, they say no implant and no surgery the protruding bump in base of my penis. But when I touch it pains like he'll and the erection pills aren't working

You will not be limited to do anything, you know what will limit you… a non working penis so go for it, i :( had my surgery for 1 year and i love it and let me say that my penis was still good with injections i just did not want to deal with them, and if it breaks I will replace it just like your shoes your car your phone etc. I fully recommend Doctor Perito.
ED Since early 40's used injections for 1 year, at 55 got implanted by Perito April 19/2023, Titan 24 + 2 rte's
Before. 6.75 lenght 6.5 girth
After 7. Length 5.25 girth
