Anti turtle sleeve

I have prostate surgery next week. I have already purchased a vacuum device. Was reading here about using a sleeve as well.

What sleeve ? Where do I find one?

I'm not sure what kind of sleeve you are referring to. Are you interested in a comfort sleeve to fit on the VED or against the groin? If so, there are many types available - just key in "Vacuum Erection Device Sleeves" on Google and you'll be overwhelmed with what's available. I use an inexpensive clear silicone sleeve that fits on the pump that I found on Ebay and it probably can also be found on Amazon. I also use a think flat silicone shield between the VED and my groin to help provide a good seal. Also have to make sure that the testicles are kept out of the way, so they don't also get sucked in - especially if you use a ring or rings. Use plenty of water soluble lubricant on the sleeve, inside the tube and on your penis. Lastly, I know of nothing to keep the penis from turtling (or hiding) when flacid and don't worry about it as long as it comes out of when needed.

Yes, I have owned several. It did keep my flaccid elongated and I actually had to increase the size of my next order. I do not believe it increases your erect size. But for a longer flaccid I believe it definitely helps.
