Why is the pump first, after 20 squeezes rock hard, but a few moments later I can pump like forever but the implant doesn't get any harder?

From my own experience, and others on this board, the LGX pumps can take a long time to really break in.

I've gotten to that stage, with about 25 serious pumps, where I just can't get any more in, and then the bulb just gets really easy. It appears to be re-filling, but all of a sudden it's easy. I think that may be the valve just getting stuck or something. What I've done is pressed the deflate for a very quick second, then began pumping again. At about 4 months, this rarely ever happens anymore.

Thanx brother. What are your thoughts about the hardness and "wobbling"? At this stage I hope it gets a little bit harder but the " wobbling" bothers me more

Please consider that there is a very high chance that you are stretching your penis. Gaining some lost size. So as your tissue stretches, it takes different amounts of saline to fill it. To complicate this. As your penis stretches, you might retain more saline in your penis upon deflating. My suggestion is to ignore the number of pumps, its a highly variable number in the stage of recovery that you're in now.

At my 6 week checkup with my dr he showed some pumping technics that were more effective of delivering my finger strength to the pump bulb. As my pump relaxed the pumps to max decreased also. You just need more time.

I can't say that the LGX & the CX have the same pump. But it would seem that it would be simpler to only make one model of pump.

I tried to pump twice a day early on. I would wait a few minutes & keep trying to add more pumps. And yes, steady aggressive pumping might cause discomfort even after deflating. Its just the price we must pay to get a good working implant.

Good luck.

Thanx for taking the time for your explanation!

I tell alot of guys you can pump your bionic boner to the point that you cannot pump anymore. It will be strong and erect enough to hold a wet terry cloth towel from the tip and not bend. While this looks great - I have not noted any issues with penetration.

HOWEVER, I further share, that I find only pumping my dick to about 75% provides me the same (capable of penetration; great girth) and gives me much much more pleasure (friction) when penetrating my partner.

Each will find there "sweet spot on the pump spectrum.

Good luck!

Thanx. You have probably a CX? I can hang a wet towel on it, but it bends a little bit to the ground. Also my girlfriend notice the implant wobbles, which my natural erection didn't. 75% would be way too much wobbling for me to have intercourse.

Overall I am satisfied with the outcome and think the LGX has a perfect flaccid appearance.

When I reach about 40-50 pumps it's hard like a steel pipe. I have to use both arms to bend a little to be able to do perito exercise. Maybe I will do a video to show it

Can you post some pic of both deflated and inflated ?
LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

I've had the LGX for a few years now and I echo some of what you are saying. I pump out til my bulb can't compress at all, yet my dick still has a lot of bendability in it, and it buckles a bit when trying to penetrate which is annoying. I've seriously thought going next year when I may have the money and go see Dr. Hakky and ask for an upgrade to a Titan or CX for a harder fully pumped penis. I've hesitated though because it technically IS working, and some of my thoughts are why fix something that's not technically broke with the inherent surgical risks.

I also have lgx. I can tell you that I specifically asked my doctor how I know when I've pumped the system to capacity.
He explained to me that you have to pump until the bulb becomes as hard as possible... wait a few minutes and try pumping again.
When you reach the maximum, the pump will become very soft and therefore subsequent pumping will no longer be of any use because the maximum has been reached.
what I have noticed is that to have an optimal result it is better to pump in several steps, so as to allow the penis to expand slowly and obtain the maximum in terms of length and circumference.
Another thing I noticed is that the LGX is actually more flexible than I thought. the rigidity on the shaft is very good but the penis at the base remains a little flexible. CX and TITAN are certainly better in terms of flexibility.
47 years old, I have been suffering from erectile dysfunction for about 24 years due to a serious venous leak. i used VED with cock ring but not entirely satisfactory. Implanted 26 April AMS LGX 18 cm by Dottor Andrea Cocci

Question about your LGX, where are the tips located when deflated? Are they about halfway into the glans, or are they below the glans?

in the flaccid state my tips are located beyond the middle of the glans. If I try to press the glans towards the shaft I can feel the tips about 1 centimeter below.

Since the LGX expands both in length and girth, does it have some sort of bypass valve to prevent over-inflation ? Just kinda cycles the saline in a loop once a certain pressure is met ? I ask this question with doing zero research.
