implant comparisons

I am on my third implant. I am mostly satisfied, but am well-endowed which I think presents certain problems that are different than I think is the case with men with smaller penises. I have compared my implant with one other man, but he had a small penis, and I just don't think the comparison was very useful for me. Is there any well-endowed man on here who would be willing to talk privately, discuss our experience with the implant and possibly cam with me too? I will hope to hear. Many thanks, guys. I am also well endowed with ED. I've been investigating getting an implant but I don't know which is the best to maintain my size after the implant. What has your experience been?

Reasonable people, as well as surgeons, differ on this question. Based on my own reading of other's experiences, is that all of the available implants have succeeded in maintaining size for at least some people. And, all the available implants have resulted in loss of size, for at least some people. Whether the loss is an issue with the implant itself, or an issue with the installation (and the surgeon who does it), is also somewhat controversial. My personal opinion is that selection of the surgeon is more important than selection of the device, but not everyone even agrees with that.

These is some "standard wisdom" that the Titan is better for very large penises, but there are others who think the CX is good, and plenty who are pretty big who have the LGX too.

ImHungGuy, I'd be reluctant to cam because currently I'm recovering from hernia surgery but please fill free to discuss your concerns. I share your situation. I'm well endowed and have a Titan. My erect size was about 8 inches last I measured with the vacuum device. Post implant I'm running at about 7 1/2. I'm on the large side but certainly no porn star. However, in my case it's quite noticeable because I'm only 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh around 140 pounds. I wear tight fitting briefs and loose-fitting, pleated pants. For 17 years my 5 feet 3 inches tall, 115 pound bride and I have had to be careful when making love. Years ago I got a bit carried away in the heat of passion and almost sent one woman to the hospital. It's a concern but as the saying goes, better to be too big than too small!
