Ok guys i have a question. I had my titan implanted on 6/28/13 and woke up tl find it was done incorrecty the doc didnt put the cylinders in my head so i had a floppy head on my penis and it was unusable. I had ot reimplanted by a different surgeon on 11/26/13. My questions are how do u gwt ur length back? I was 7.5 inches before surgery and am now at best 3 inches but thicker. When i pump it up its very painful. I have still that kinda hard ring at base of penis it has been a little over 2 months since 2nd surgery. Doc said he was able to get it to 7 inches in surgery. What can i do to gwt length back. Can i hang something from my penis? U cant really penitrate with a 3 inch penis. It has been almost 8 months skmce i had sex last and that is a long time for a 28 year old male. I use to love sex couldnt get enough. Now since surgery i find that i could care less to ever have sex again. And it feels as if i loss a lot of feeling in my penis especially the head. I find that the head doesnt get engorged anymore and makes penetration when i tey difficult and impossible. There has to be something i can do the doc says length will eventually come back. He inflated in his office and i hurt the rest of the day where i actually had to take a pain pill. He told me to go use it and have fun of course my partner was excited to hear that and wanted to try it out and i was tired and he got mad at me when we cant have sex. Its not only frustrating for me but for him also to the point he wants to be able to have sex with other people just so he is pleased. Any suggestions would be appreciated and welcomed. I know heat helps it hurt slightly less to pump it up. I mainly want some length back and to have sex. Also the dock said the 1st implan was unusable as it was and that the 1st surgeon didnt anchor it properly and it had slipped more and was about to protrude out my back and possibly break skin in my back and come out so he surured it in place and added many rear tips and got the implant in the head.

I have a Titan. At first I was aghast at the loss of length but after a few months of regular pumping I got back to my usual length---plus more girth.

I had a Titan OTR put in six weeks ago and the dr pumped it up for me on Monday. And I too was shocked at how small it is( both length and girth). When I got home I pumped it as much as I could and showed my wife and she was shocked at how small it is too. Although the tubes were rigid, my penis looked like it does when it's flaccid.
But I read from people that it gets bigger. In reading the literature I thought the Titan (unlike AMS) did not grow. Hoping there is hope. Can someone explain this to me?

What size is your Titan? And what size RTE's if any? Did you have a measured 'flaccid stretch' length before surgery, and if so how does that compare?

Yes, you can post photos. Some post them in the members only section, but that's not required. Yes, you can name your surgeon(s). Sounds like you had two different ones, and lots of guys would like to know who they were.

Thanks for the links and the info, very helpful! I'm embarrassed to say I don't know what my measurements and implant size are. The doctor injected my with something that gave me an erection, he measured that. Tomorrow I'll call his office and get the measurements.

Mine was barely over 3 inches when I came out of surgery. It is about 5.5 right now, which is what the doctor came up with pre-surgery in the stretch test. It took over 2 months to get the length back. Most of that has to do with swelling that does not allow you to get a true BPL measurement. I had 21cm worth of Titan put in, in June by Dr. Kramer in Baltimore. Everything he predicted would happen, did happen. The titian does not really grow in length after surgery as much as you body reveals more of it during the healing process. I did not start pumping until week 8 or so on my own because of the pain in the scrotum when trying to squeeze the bulb.

Also do any of u find that u can not cum with it pumped up at all while masturbating. I find that when i masturbate if i have the titan pumped up at all i cant cum but if soft i can.
