So for whatever reason I haven't had a good injection on the right side so far. I'm pretty confident my technique is good as I get a great response on my left side.
I've been 3/3 on my left side and 0/3 on the right. Is it a matter of the dosage or has anyone every experienced a side that just doesn't work? I don't mind just sticking to the left side but I'm a bit perplexed. What are your guys thoughts? Opinions?

Re: Observation of different side injections
I have found that each side has its sweet spot.
The left side is further up the shaft and more towards the 9:00 position.
My right side is more 10:00 and closer to the base.
What helped me was getting hard and feeling around to find the more "solid" part of my cock and then injecting in those spots.
For me there is a learning curve for sure and everyone is different.

PT21,
I had the same problem, but flip flopped. In the beginning, I had many misses on my left side, but right side was almost 100%. I almost gave up using the left side.
What I found and from the advice of some of the seasoned veteran injectors, is if there is any pain after in the needle is inserted or if there is any resistance depressing the plunger, you probably are not in the corpa and you are not going to have good results.
I was always anxious to get the meds in as quickly as possible and I ignored the pain I was feeling. How was supposed to know what it should or shouldn’t feel like ? I’ve never stuck a needle in my dick before.
Now I pump up to about 75% of capacity and pop on a ring. This gives a bigger target area. Also use an auto injector, which helps with the shaky hands.
In my last post, I told how I popped the needle in two different places on my left side before finally I went back to the right side before hitting the plunger, all because it didn’t feel right on the left side.
Like anything, the more we do it, the more confident and better we will be at it.
Lastly, I’m no doctor or expert, but I’m quite certain the dosage does not have anything to do with the lack of success between one side versus the other.
I hope this helps.
Good luck. Keep us informed of how you make out.

Re: Observation of different side injections
Thanks for the input. It literally has been identical in terms of procedure, "feeling" and technique/location. No pain, no resistance, little bit of blood in syringe. All consistent with left side successes. I've tried a couple different locations on right side and still no response, it's really strange. I'm reluctant to up the dosage on right side because even just 5 units on left side gives me a solid erection. I tried 8 units on right side this morning and nothing. Felt the CC get punctured, inserted needle full depth, injected slowly, compressed and massaged the area and nothing. Can't figure it out

I don't really have suggestions. My only concern is you automatically inserting the needle "full depth". That could be a problem. The needle should be inserted to whatever the proper depth is for you. Both sides may not be the same.

Good point but I insert it all the way on the left side, should I maybe try shallower? Can the CC size vary per side?
Re: Observation of different side injections
Yeah, I'd start shallower and gently depress the plunger. Keep trying as you slowly go deeper until the plunger depresses very easily without pain. You're deep enough.

A Dr. on an instructional video that I watched suggested that after you inject, quickly pinch off your penis at the base for 60 seconds, then start your thumb massages to move it around. Also massage the area under your scrodum.
Very strange that you haven’t had any type of reaction on that side.

Re: Observation of different side injections
PrimeTime: I have a thin penis but was originally advised to use 1/2in. needles. A few times I went right through the corpus. Maybe that's your problem. After figuring this out I used 5/16in. at those places. My corpora are not nice and straight and uniform like the medical diagrams, so after years of injecting I've learned my physiology! I mostly use 5/16 but need 1/2 in a few places.
I like to spread out any needle damage and so use both sides and my full length.

Interesting, I never thought about this. I figured 1/2 success on one side would be good for the other side. I ordered some 5/16 so we'll see. Has one had great success on one side and no reaction at all on the other side?
