Theres a lot of golfers that would put up with much worse than dog ears if their implant would help them hit fairways consistently!

I have the dog ears at 9 months but its definitely getting softer. Im not sure I care enough to go thru surgery again.
The only complaint I have is the flaccid does not lay down and I look partially aroused all the time.

No experience with Titan, but I have the AMS 700 LGX.
I'm very happy with it's performance. Hard-ons are like I'm 18 again. 8-)
When flaccid, it does still exhibit a bit of "dog ears" where it bends down, but not painful at all, and only slightly noticeable by feel.

If I were you, I think I'd give it some time, as several on here have said their Titan has softened over time.
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly. :D
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7". ;)

The first months it was a bit firmer, but now 10 months in, my Titan became very soft. I never had or have dog ears, nothing. 3 months is nothing. It’s insane to get under the knife again so soon. AMS might be a little softer but it will still be „unnatural“, because an implant IS unnatural.

You didn’t put your signature. If you’re a young guy I’d recommend Titan. Alone because of the smaller pump. If it’s about feeling natural you might have some issues with the bigger and square pump of the AMS. Which in turn is better for older guys for find and operate the pump.

I have been reading since years on this board before I made the decision. And from my very very subjective opinion after reading hundreds of reviews the Titan has less failures than AMS. Again, not based on statistic, just my own feeling after reading so much here and on other boards, which also was kind of indirectly confirmed by my surgeon.

I have a Titan and I may switch when revision time comes. The caveat being that both coloplast and AMS will probably have new and improved devices on the market in the next couple years so I'll have to see what improvements have been made by each company. The dogs ears do soften . A couple pumps in the cylinders and they disappear. I've never had any pain from the dog ears , they're just aesthetically unappealing. Straws folded over is a decent analogy, the difference being that the straws would be harder and sharper. I don't want to give men that impression. I often wonder if AMS had named their implant the " Gladiator " ( sounds like- Glad he ate her  ) or some other testosterone inducing name , how much more market share would they have ? I have to admit I wanted a " Titan " .... it just sounds cool which is the dumbest deciding factor to pick an implant. I've been pretty happy with my Titan for the 14 months I've had it but I have had some problems. They resolved themselves but one thing that I'm still dealing with and am losing hope that it's going away is this - I had Peyronie's and Dr.Clavell did plaque incisions ( right side ) to straighten it out ( another reason I chose a Titan,...because I thought it would help straighten my dick out because of its strength ) but the right cylinder crinkles ( think of corrugated tubing ) when fully inflated. I don't know if it because the left cylinder is expanding more than the right or is it where the cuts were made and the corpora is weaker in those spots ? Idk ...it feels like a rib cage and you can see 3 little , distinct humps. I hate it and it's not attractive. I can kind of pull it out and expand it with ved use but that takes time which sucks when you spontaneously want to get it in . It's like the right cylinder now has a memory. I always wonder if the AMS would be different. It is silicone! Another thing that I thought I'd give zero fucks about pre-implant is my flaccid member . I was flaccid for almost a decade before my surgery so it was not my priority. Now I kinda wish my flaccid looked more natural. It's in that state most of the time . I'm not anti- Titan, as this situation I'm in is probably unique to me, but I'm almost looking forward to a revision just to remedy this latest issue .

You should definitely give it some time. My dog ears were very uncomfortable for the first few months and then got to where they didn’t bother me at all. By 6 months they had softened up quite a bit and by the one year they even got less noticeable. After a year when deflated you can’t see anything different than a normal dick except of course I’m a shower now which I like. If I feel around I can still find a dog ear on the right side but the left is completely smoothed out. A few pumps and what little I have is completely gone! If I’m around the wife I almost always have a few pumps in it anyway! lol!Except for the first 3-5 months I’ve never even considered the dog ears as a problem. I figure you would be starting over with a new implant, maybe less noticeable but most still say they have them. I’ll take my barely noticeable dog ears when flaccid and perfect rock hard anytime I want it for now! When I do have a revision I might consider an AMS just so I could say I tried them both but for now I’m totally loving my Titan. I think I would definitely wait and see if it gets better in time besides why go thru it again when your not sure you won’t have same issues with a new one. Fill out your signature so we can at least know your age and a little about you. Good luck with your decision and revision if you choose to go that route.

Give it time. Revision surgeries carry a bit higher risk and should only be done when necessary.
