Yes, if you have the stamina. Ten years ago, I definitely could, and 3 years ago, it was possible. Right now, it definitely wouldn't happen with intercourse, but that is only because I am in bad shape right now.

Yes. I've been sucked off before to completion and then fucked her a few minutes later. For me, there's far less ejaculate but it's plenty hard to penetrate and please.

Yes, you can fuck twice on one injection. We’ve done it a couple of times, but the first one was magic. This was about 5 years ago, my wife and I were fucking and I had given her two orgasms from oral and then we started fucking.
