Trimix two-year Review

I started using Trimix in May 2022, It's been two years and I have done over 90 injections.
Except for one misfire, they have all been successful in producing an erection suitable for intercourse that lasts at least an hour. (The erection lasts one hour or more even after ejaculation.)

One of the reasons for pursuing injections is that I struggled with both ED and PE (premature ejaculation). Before using injections, I needed viagra and I could not last more than 4-5 minutes at best. Often I could only last 1-3 minutes because of PE. Because I struggled with both ED & PE, my wife lost interest in sex.
Using Trimix I still tend to ejaculate fairly quickly. However, I can continue sex often with more vigor after ejaculation because there is nothing to hold back. And my focus is then completely on my wife's pleasure.

Several things I have learned. Several of these are about my sexual relationship with my wife. And some about getting the most out of using Trimix.

One of the biggest downers that I have, is there is no erection until after I inject. On the flip side after injecting Trimix I am fully erect in 5-10 minutes, and I stay erect for an hour or more.
Second unlike using Viagra. Before I inject I make sure my wife is fully on board. When using viagra I would sometimes take a viagra and if sex did not happen not a big deal. Now with Trimix, we engage in foreplay. I then excuse myself to inject. I come back to bed and proceed.

Because I had struggled for so many years with ED/PE, our sex life got messed up. One of the biggest takeaways is because of ED, my wife thought I wasn't interested. I think she now realizes that once I inject the penis is going to work. There's no more fear of losing my erection. From my perspective, there are still some quirks. For example, we only do it after midnight. Also, I found out my wife is a one-and-done woman.

On the use of Trimix, before injecting I use VED for a couple minutes. This gives me a nice chubby making for an easier target of the Corpra Cavernosium.
I do not prefill syringes, when I prefilled syringes sometimes when putting the orange cap over the needle it dulls the needle making it difficult to push into the corpra cavernosium.
I alternate sides as suggested. I also keep a spreadsheet noting date, amount injected, side of the injection, and anything of note.
After sex I go to sleep, I dont wait for the erection to go down. Out of almost 100 injections only once was I still hard for more than four hours (at that time I took a viagra earlier). I've never needed to sudafed.
I almost aways wake up between 2-4 hours after the injection and by the time I walk to the kitchen the erection has softened.

good info for all who may want to try injecting. i have also been injecting for a little over 2 years. from my injection diary i have hit 300 injections so i really have been at it. lol. my story is quite similar when oral meds failed to work properly. i did not want to even entertain putting a needle in my dick but my uro asked me, what would you be willing to do to have sex? when i though of my wife and that question, there was no question and i asked for trimix. the first few injections i did with a flaccid penis as i had not done enough research on here to realize that using a VED helped immensely. for me and my wife, there was no question that if i was going to inject, there was definitely going to be fucking going on. yes, sex is now scheduled every time.

even when i was young, there was not a whole lot of spontaneity anyway so that was not a big change. for us, it started with fridays since that is the best day for us going into weekends. we started only doing it once a week, but that sex was so amazing for us that we soon started branching out to friday and sunday (so i could have at least 24-48 hours in between injections). trimix made it possible to have sex for a long time (for us it was 3-4 hours) which that has now calmed down to 1-2 hours. yes at first i was able to orgasm and then keep going for more. that was possible at first but after the first about 6 injections i started to realize that anorgasmia was setting in and setting in hard. i never had that issue before so it has to be the injection.

if i am able to have an orgasm its after the wife is worn and passed out and its with my hand. yes, it does suck to not be able to come in or on your wife but since we are able to have such great sex, it is a trade off that we are willing to put up with. in those 300 injections, yes, i have have only a handful of misfires and those were mostly prior to using a VED. there has been one that i can attribute to THC use since i got high first and then tried to inject. not a good combo. now i inject and then get high so i know the injection will work.

my wife completely knows that if i inject, we are getting it on. the sex has been so good that it got to the point where a weekend was all filled with sex. friday, saturday, sunday, hell, even monday sometimes because it was so good that is she hinted at it, i injected and we fucked. our record is 6 days in a row and we have done that 3 times. we just cant seem to get to 7 days. yes, in some ways, i feel like i am abusing trimix but the sex is so good that i cant say no. the least amount of time in between injections has been about 10 hours. we did friday, saturday nights and when the wife got up that sunday morning, she was still wanting more. after i did it the first time, it was no problem to do it again. yes, i did fear doing it but it was my decision and right now, i dont regret it.

we feel like we may as well have the best sex we can before we cant do it as often due to possible future health issues. even if i get an implant in the future, i know we wont be as young as we are now. IDK if my uro knows what scar tissue feels like but every time i have had a check up, he says he doesnt notice any. i, however, have felt little dimples under the skin and even pea sized bumps when i have hit close to a vein, but those go away after time. i still feel the dimples and it has to be the injections as they are right where i inject. i always alternate between sides and section of the penis when i inject. i have used 30 and 29G in both 5/16 and 1/2 size needles and have not had any issues with either.

i have had plenty of erections that were over 5 hours. for me, they were not painful and were in a up and down state. i have taken sudafed but have always taken it in fear and i have not had to go to the ER for any type of priapism but that is me. i only needed a small amount 5-7 units and only refilled my prescription once. i always kept it in the freezer. i thawed it only to inject and it went right back in the freezer. now that i am on my last vial that is at least 16 months old it has lost efficacy and for the past 2 months i have had to use 10 units to get the same effect. i have also not had to use any sudafed after orgasm as it goes down on its own. that may be the efficacy or i am getting used to the drug and might need to start using more normally before i go up in potency.

i am not a doctor so take my advice or words as gospel. I thank god for trimix working as well as it has and i only hope to give those out there who are questioning its use in the future some insight.
