I went up from 15 units to 25 units last night.
I had an erection in about 10 minutes, very hard.
It lasted about an hour.
My wife was very happy, said that it felt bigger, I told that I don’t think it was bigger, just harder than it has been in a long time.

Two years ago I started using 10 units, went up to 20 units. Then back down to 10-12 units. All with the same mixture.
Most recently I cut back to 8 units.
Almost strange, but one thing is certain, Thank God it works.

I would suggest you keep a spreadsheet, noting the date, which side, dosage, duration of erection, and any particular notes about the event.
You may see a pattern and remember it for science's sake.
