Gentlemen, I was wondering if anyone can give me some feedback about anorgasmia. Of late I have been unable to reach orgasm during sex or masturbating. It’s really starting to bother me.
Here’s my history. Never, ever, ever had difficulty with an erection or climax prior to my prostatectomy in May of 2021. This was a robotic procedure and my urologist indicated it was “nerve sparing”. I lost erectile function. Began VED therapy as well as 100 mg of viagra. I could keep it up and orgasm with a constriction ring, but that only gave me 15 or so minutes. Pills never did anything. Went to trimix and bimix injections which also lost efficacy, as well as began scarring my tissues. Successfully implanted with a Coloplast Titan IP September of 2023. Implant works great and I am nearly fully healed from that. I still have a bit of numbness where my shaft meets my scrotum. I lost my wife to cancer in the middle of all of this, so I’m on “the dating scene”.
Personally, I attribute my inability to climax to my damaged region of prostate removal. The implant also doesn’t feel the same. Factor in my age (65) and I’m beginning to question whether I’ll ever get some orgasm function back.I had my urologist run my testosterone and prolactin numbers and they were within normal range.
I’m reaching out to y’all to see if anyone has a similar situation. I really don’t want to throw in the towel. Thanks in advance.

I've been researching it for a while and intend on trying it out soon. It's available as a prescription for women, the brand name is Vyleesi, but not available for men in that form unfortunately. Still safe for men just not yet FDA approved. It is intended to increase libido. If you can use it to get yourself into a ragingly horny state, maybe you can rediscover how to reach orgasm a little easier.

I too have problems with anorgasmia and have for a long time. Unlike you, I have not had an implant and not planning to have one. I use a VED and two rings to obtain a decent erection and use a product called "Make me Cum" available thru Adam & Eve which I apply to the glans prior to PIV. Someone else posted about it on this site so I tried it. Not sure if it helps, but it seems to. My problem is once my wife orgasms, I have to pull out even though I'm not finished which is most of the time - can't even touch her - too sensitive. To finish myself, I use her vibrator on the underside of my glans. It works either if I'm still erect or flaccid, sometimes takes a while but always happens. I just wish I didn't have retrograde ejaculations - but I haven't found a cure for that. The feeling is still good, but it's not the same as it was.

I have been using Trimix the last 3 months and have done 26 injections so far. Just recently in the past 4 or 5 sessions, I have had real difficulty getting off and a couple of times couldn't at all. I am not sure what the change is as it wasn't like this before. I am looking for a solution as the wife has had enough after about 30 minutes and kicks me out! LOL! Has anybody tried a supplement called Long Jack or Maca? I read that those may help me cum.

Update to my prior message. I have lowered my Trimix dose down from 8 units to 4. Same quality erection as before and I am able to cum. I am also using a Giddy (cock ring), this lower dose so far is working great.

Implanted with Rigicon last revision 6-2024 .. stroke 7-2022 lost my libido .. asked dr. about it and they said would not even attempt to try to treat me. Had a friend who was prescribed Cabergoline to help with orgasam .. said it did not help but he might have been to close to his last surgery for it to be effective. I asked my PCP about it and she said she never heard of it. I can orgasam about 1 out of every 4 times I try using a vibrator. Very frustrating like dealing with ED in my opinion, you keep getting disappointed.
