Post-Op Day 5
Cycle session # 5
First measurements today.


Off all meds except for Keflex for infection, and ibuprofen to help reduce the swelling.
Still some pain, ache but not bad.

I am trying to figure out how to sit down....

I have a small scrotum, and when its not warm its like a wallnut, and now there is a good size corn nut in there fighting for room with my balls.... annoying... lol

My cock.. well it is now a Titan so even flacid it has something to say, at all times. I will somehow learn how to keep that to a minumum. Time for new underware..


Here are some personal notes and observations about cycling... Looking for input / or confirmations...

I am taking a very hot bath, waiting for my scrotum to loosen and allow access to the pump. When ready, I start pumping.
- The pump is very stiff, and even pushing hard, it takes 3 to 4 seconds for the ball to sqeeze all the way, release wait 2 seconds for it to expand and fill ( I hope this is normal ?? )

It's not comfortable, I now wonder if I get used to it, or the scrotum looses sensitivy there ?? Or will it just bruis up and be black and blue ??

Once pumped... not sure how long that takes, maybe 20 to 30 pumps ?? I have 22cm 120cc Titan, so maybe normal.
Wait few minuts, try more pumps to try and get as hard as possible.

Move my dick some like a gear shift to make sure it can move, as it will durring sex... not comfortable to do this, ache... dick says stop that shit... but I ignore...

I also notice, that yes... very hard, but I can bend it slightly... I have seen posts that insinuate that it won't bend, its like a baseball bat... well I can slightly bend mine.... ??? will this change, or is this normal.... Again doesn't feel good to do it.. but I am just testing the limits.

I did measurements today, I am encouraged, if I push the ruler all to way to the bone, its over 5 1/2 inches, and 6 is my norm on a good day, so maybe its just loose some swelling, and loose some fat to get rid of fat pad. Anyway, size is ok... I am hoping it gets biger as I cycle more. -- Open to any thoughts on size increasing. Girth also..

Anyway, I assume most of this is normal, and will get better, I can't do much with it for now, need stiches out on the 28th, and then EID sent a glue kit so it gets glued another 7 days.... so.. July 5 before the skin is mostly normal. hmmmmm forget that trip to mexico for a test run. Maybe next hollidays. But I assume masterbating will commence by then.

That is it for now, good to be home and getting back to normal.. as normal as a Titan Man can be.

Can you look at my last post? Is all I am describing normal?

Shaved look . Yes but not shaved. I did laser hair removal maybe 15 years ago, so I do shave on occasion but very rare as there is almost nothing to shave.

I did shave about 7 to. 10 days before my surgery, Dr. EID and staff also liked it… no shaving duty for them, and a clean work surface

Seems my dick looks like a fat stub now, I hope swelling goes down, and it extends a little more or doesn’t look so short. It’s probably 5” showing, and 5 3/4 if you push the fat back and measure BP…. But I know it’s too early to judge, and I need to just do my cycles.

Any suggestions on the cycling ??

regarding cycling, ask eid or his nurse on what to do....they will have the best answer

regarding your flacid, things will loosen up and be less obvious over the next 6 months, so do not worry about that....I also have a 22cm, and now , 7 years out, I can wear thin tight pants and all looks normal provided i wear tight underwear (eg bekini briefs)

today the cycling this evening was better, I think the pump is loosening up. That thing is so big lol, but at least easy to get to

Post-Op Day 6
Finished morning cycle.

Feeling better.. less pain.

Today the pump actually made a sound, not quite a squeak, but more pliable, also I was able to pump all the way with less pumps... so much better on the pump.
Scrotum still sore, and while inflating today was not bad, just a little discomfort, the deflation is the worst... crushing my penis into my body, while squeezing the very stiff bars on the pump... I hope that gets better also... (dreaming of a wireless pump operated via my iPhone....) I am sure it will all get better.

Penis looks better also, I am sleeping better, I can wear my bikini briefs, although my penis almost pokes out. have some boxer briefs coming today, so will see how that goes.

Did little reading on the Titan's as far as size increase, and seems statistically yes, over time 6 months to a year there is definite increase for those who cycle.
So, I will try and keep my routine as long as I can to get back length.

Anyway, not a bad day so far.

Yes, it was the Fitzpatrick.. they were awesome.

I hired an assistant to transport me, and bring me back, and stay with me for part of the time. The hotel upgraded me to a deluxe 2 bed room.
Lots of room service, but they are great about bringing ice / water when needed.

Today is day 6, starting to feel much better, and I think the first week is the worst.

How did you find the assistant?

I found her on Craigslist. The posting is gone now.

But this was my search....

I just wanted more than a ride, and it was nice to have someone there. She took care of my meds, even at night for the nights she was there, and massage a couple times a day.
She even met with Dr. EID who liked her, and she was told how to take care of me after the op.
