Just feels unnatural. Hate the feel of wrinkles in the cylinders, somewhat hard deflated. Don't want my wife near it when deflated. On the upside I did gain some length back, 1 1/4 but still down in length by 3/4. Will the implants soften up or smooth out overtime? Just wondering if I should've went with the ams model instead.

But I can say the cylinders soften up a bit after a few months. However, the „straw in your penis“-feeling will remain. Because… you have now plastic in your penis. We know with AMS it’s a bit more softer/natural feeling. But also there, you’ll feel the plastic. And with AMS the pump is bigger which would be a bigger concern from my point of view (Titan pump is already big enough and sometimes annoying).

I guess we all have to live with these relatively small disadvantages. An implant is a compromise.

I'm about 5 months in now....looks like you will be approaching a year soon. I believe it's hard enough at it flaccid state that I can have sex with it without pumping it up. Just want it to soften up and smooth out.

I like to leave mine about 1/4 inflated, it reduces that feeing. I cant feel it with my hand, i can definitely feel it inside my cock. Try focusing on what you can feel with your hand, my guess is not much.

Mine had softened continually over 12-14 months and even seems softer now after 25 months. Focus on what you have and how great it is to have it. Our best dick quit working thus an implant. I have an AMS CX. My shaft feel a bit stiff even deflated. True, the pump likely is a bit larger than the Titan. But my pump is on the high side. If it was lower I don't think it would be an issue at all. But anatomy comes into play. My dr & his nurse both said that I have a large scrotum. So if it was lower I believe it would just blend in to my sack.
