My 1st post- just implanted & question about size- shocker!

Hey all! I've been reading other posts for last month or so once I made the decision to get an implant. I'm on day 3 & healing is well. First day absolutely sucked due to the catheter for me. Once I was able to remove that, it's only been minor discomfort really. Happy to answer any questions anyone may have. My question I have for others currently is my surgery notes say I was measured at 8cm proximal & was installed with a 24cm titan with 1cm rte on both sides. The incision is on my scrotum. I am partially inflated & at 5"ish & about 5.25" girth. I was about 7"ish length on bimix & had about a 6" girth just last Tues. Should that all come back?
Surgery was done by Dr Walsh at UW urology in Seattle & he's very competent & highly recommend. He's the most experienced in this region.

With a 24 plus 1 you should easily get back to your original size! I have a 20 plus 1 and I’m at 6-3/4” and 6” plus a little on girth. I know different people have different proximal and distal measurements. Mine was 8 proximal and 13 distal.it take time and a lot of cycling to get back. Hang in there and enjoy the journey! You are now beating ED!

Thanks for the reply man. Makes me feel a little better. I'm not disappointed at all & am grateful to be where I am just was surprised to see a good inch or more in length gone & some circumference as well. It seems fairly inflated so doubt it would get much longer if it was pumped to the max but what do I know. Glad you seem happy with your results & suspect I will be soon too. It's so early for me, I still have a blood drain bulb coming out of me that I get removed tomorrow for christ sake lol. I can tell this is going to be a great fix. Looking forward to learning how to cycle this thing soon & thanks again for the encouragement

I also had scrotal incision and 24cm titan. I was about your length and girth. I did the daily cycling and sure enough, it came back. Ended up wider and thicker as cylinders are pretty stout in that size titan. You will be swollen for awhile and with the area being traumatized, it takes months to really get over it. Good luck and just let it happen as you should be fine.

Awesome to hear that! Hard to believe there's a chance to get even more out of this besides anytime erections. The fact that you gained is amazing & hope I end up that way too. Did you cycle a certain way or just doing what your Dr told you to? Thanks for the response

Need to also clarify that distal and proximal measurements are taken at the sight of incision. Mine was infrapubic so measurements would be different if done scrotal. The cylinders are totally different for infrapubic opposed to scrotal. It’s based on where the inflate tubing comes out of the cylinders. On the paperwork I received it specified infrapubic cylinders and I saw a separate place for scrotal implant cylinders.

I also gained a little xtra girth, which I read often on FT. I rarely had any pain or discomfort in my gland but I remember having a lot of pressure mostly from base to mid shaft and that’s where I actually gained over my previous size. I’ve often thought I was slightly shorted with my implant because it took most of a year to get back to where I was and soon after I got my length back I ran out of fluid at this point. Bulb goes flat and doesn’t refill. At first I worried I might have a leak but over a year this way and still gets very hard and I know it’s truly maxed out with this implant.

My Coloplast Titan when girth growth began it happened in stages. Lower third was thicker which I thought was kinda weird but as time passed it was thicker at the lower two thirds and eventually it all evened out. I'm over 19 months in and did post about this growth way when it was happening a long time ago and I never saw anyone posting in having the same experience.

3 months Post OP Titan 25.5 cm. After surgery 5 at the top and 6 at midway. Now im 6 at the top and 7 midway. However, I recently discovered if I use two hands or two half thumbs on the bulb. I can get about 5 full extra pumps in and WOW!!!! MY flaccid is about 6in and length now after that discovery is about 7in. I believe I might get to 8 in as my final but no complaints.

Sorry guys I tried to post a thank you to all of you with a little more info but kept getting booted out so I gave up LOL. But I appreciate all your input and it helped me feel better. Things have been going really well and I just had my two week post-op yesterday. I just made another post about it so I won't detail it here. But thanks to you all and good luck bros!
