Hi,
Its been a while since I've been here.
For the past year, pills have not worked consistently and now really not at all. I had a penile doppler a few months ago and it showed mild venous insufficiency with some leakage. Urologist suggested to keep going with pills with rings until the next level which to him was injections. I would like to try a VED first and then perhaps add injections if needed.
From what I've seen, there are pumps for sex and pumps for size gains. I specifically need it for sex(with ring).
I would appreciate any advice as to where to start. Thank you

Hey there. Sorry to hear about your situation. I had prostate removal 2 years ago. SInce then, ZERO erectile function.I started using a VED 1 month after surgery just to keep erectile tissue stretched in order to avoid shrinkage. I then did research and discovered the Vacurect VED. It has larger rings to "rehab" with daily, and smaller ones to pull your penis through and hold onto blood for a great erection. I have been using it for masturbation and sex with great success. It is not cheap....about$300. Google it and watch videos on how to use it. Most of the videos are just ok, but there is one done by a porn actor that actually shows the perfect usage...even tho he does not need it!!!

I also have had good luck with the Vacurect and would recommend it.
Age 58, happily married over 38 years. T levels fluctuate but often on the low end. Cialis (Tadalafil) was working great but not so much lately. Viagra works most of the time. Use a Vacurect VED with a PosTVac Mach Ring as a backup.

I've used both the Vacurect system and Osbon Erecaid system. I prefer Erecaid for 3 reasons:
(1) I require 2 rings and the smallest Vacurect single ring didn't hold the erection very long.
(2) Although the Vacurect system ring is easy to use, I need a system that allows for 2 rings and the Erecaid ring installer was great for that.
(3) Erecaid is a little easier to clean and doesn't require periodic dis-assembly and lubrication.

I use an Encore Deluxe. Battery and manual pump both included. I, like others, use 2 Osbon rings and both load on the pump.
Pretty reasonable for a medical grade VED.

Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.
