Soft Glans Anyone?

Has anyone gotten an implant while having soft glans syndrome? I'm pretty disappointed that an implant won't resolve this issue for me... I understand that an engorged penis head is like a shock absorber for when you're fucking a girl hard. So there's a chance things will not be great for that.

For those with soft glans and an implant can you tell me more about your experience? I'm wondering if things will last as long, and whether the implant will erode and eventually poke out of my penis head. All in all i would love to hear your experience.

After RP I had no blood flow to my glans. Cold and white. You may try using tri-mix gel. Look into it. Last week I was screwing a lady that had the tightest and smallest vagina I have ever seen ( I haven't seen many and she was 65) But I was hurting her by hitting the bottom of her vagina. She made me stop. I would suggest using it at 70% hard.. NOT rock hard.

Yes. It doesn't engorge . Pills cause me backpain and headache, so I just use I have got. Having an erected penis whenever you want and as long as you want is a blessing.

I'm 19 months in Coloplast Titan. I suffered with soft glans. Used trigel which worked but stopped cause even the slightest amount was painful. After quite some time it resolved itself. I do not suffer from soft or floppy head anymore. I'm going to guess it was well after 1 year that it normalized itself.

Alex ,,did you have an RP with nerve damage for prostate cancer. If not, what caused your soft glans.

Had ED for three years after prostrate loss and I was 1.5 to 2 inches tops. Many have a floppy head after being implanted and thats what happened to me too. I thought it would be forever but as I stated before.....it healed itself. Not to 100 percent of what it was pre surgery Prostrate but its good enough. Coloplast Titan I am 6L and 6g.

I don't fail pain during sex, but if I press against a (knee ) it hurts.
