I had this subject open a while back. Does anybody use it for glans blood flow? 3 years after RP and implant I started getting some blood back into my glans. Before that I had no blood flow at all. I called it a popsicle on a stick. Now my glans runs hot and cold. Recently on 2 different occasions I couldn't orgasm when having sex. I am currently using Tri-Mix gel for all the reasons you stated above.
The gel works GREAT! It lasts longer than sex but who doesn't like a nice, engorged head and shaft, after deflating.
Where do you get your gel?

I used it. It did work but after using even the smallest amount it was still to painful. Very expensive too. I just posted elsewhere on here that my floppy head resolved itself after a year or so. Coloplast Titan over 19 months in.

My last prescription came from University compounding in San Diego. I also have pain from the alprosadil in tri-mix , so dr adds lidocaine to the mix. I haven't used it in several years, so we will see what comes of it. If I can get a hard red glans I don't care what it costs.
