Inflamed sack after sex 3 times in one night

Hey guys-

I’m about 8 months post op with a Titan. I haven’t been active here which is usually a good sign because I’ve been living life having sex just like before. 2 nights ago I had sex 3 times in a row with a girl, which was a first with my implant. That said, that means I inflated 3 times and deflated three times. That’s alot of pinching my sack while pumping since I have a 26cm. In addition to my sack probably hitting her during sex. Anyway, my scrotum prob got a lot more action than usual. The next day my scrotum was puffy and tender, similar to what I’d feel when I cycled early on and my sack was pissed off at me from all the squeezing. I could feel the inflammation around the pump and deflate button kind of like post op when my sack was inflamed. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised it’s tender and Inflamed after all the squeezing on my sack.

Anyone experienced that and how long did it take for inflammation and tenderness to go down?

Occasionally I feel pain in my scrotum after having sex. There is no pattern to it. I apply aspercreme or eat a painkiller. Does not stay for more than a few hours.

Hi there, I have had my implant for 15 months now and i have had that twice in the first 8 months also from having either multiple or rough sex, and it just goes away in a couple of days, no issues.

I wonder if it’s the multiple inflations that does it, or if it’s the rough sex.

I had this happen also a couple times in my first year. It was due to rough sex. No more cowgirl style sex for me.
If you want to be on the safe side take amoxicillin. I had some left over from the surgery. This is incase you get a hematoma from the swollen sac.
This is what DR. C instructed me to do.
The good news is after a few days it went down and all was well.

I’m about 4.5 months from surgery and I’ve had mild swelling and soreness after a lot and/or rougher sex. Sometimes enough to take Advil, but it’s always improved quickly. Talked to the doc about it at my checkup a couple weeks ago and he indicated it’s typical. Also, you could be sore after a lot or rougher sex even if you don’t have an implant. Take some Advil and hopefully it improves quickly. If it doesn’t check with your doc.
