Tomorrow will be exactly 4 years, 6 months.

18 cm LGX with 5 cm RTEs.

It is used for sex. It is used for jacking off. It gets used for no reason at all except I want to feel that stretch of having an angry boner. Constantly. Multiple times daily.

I’ve said in the past I didn’t regret being on injections for 32 years but really, I wish I had the implant a lot sooner. My view is being on the shots gave them time to develop implant technology and medical care. When I got diagnosed, Bimix was stare of the art and the LGX was science fiction.

One poster often makes the comment “nothing beats a blood filled dick.” I might want to expand that by adding “except a saline filled LGX.”

19 months in Coloplast Titan one touch no issues whatsoever using 2-3 times per week. Still shooting for 5 days.

Mines a horror story. Got implanted 4-12-23, found out about a week after it was leaking, confirmed at about 2 weeks. Revision on 6-22-23, worked great then tubing at connection between pump and reservoir separated ( from what I can feel ) in Jan so that one was lasted about 6 months before going flat. Still trying to get insurance to pay so I can have this third surgery ( Boston Scientific will replace at no charge for device, just gotta pay Dr and Hospital ) so until then I'm flat/deflated until I can pay or get insurance to pay.

My first one was implanted in 2006, lasted until 2003. My second one was implanted seven weeks ago, both are Titan Classics.

titan 22cm...implanted feb 2017...so i have had this for more than seven years now...life changing in a great way...works perfectly now as well as it did in fist year..it is showing no signs of trouble whatsoever
