I had a Coloplast Titan implanted about seven years ago. In the early stages, my wife and I had intercourse about four times only and nothing in the years since because she says the hard cylinder heads under the glans cause her pain.

My glans has never been firm since the op and remains unchanged from it's flaccid condition when the implant is inflated. There is no firmness or engorgement. I've tried Viagra etc. but to no avail.

The cylinder heads are very close to the tip of the glans and are easily felt underneath.

My question is whether it's possible to have some material injected that will permanently plump the glans so that the cylinder heads will not be as prominent (similar to collagen etc. used in cosmetic enhancement) -- or even better, for them to be not felt at all because of filling.

The alternative could be to inject the glans with something before intercourse to cause temporary engorgement and make the cylinder heads undetectable.

I thought about consulting my surgeon, but wonder if anyone knows about or has experience with this problem.

Sorry to hear this, I had a. Coloplast and yes my wife would mention it from time to time as it would hurt after an extended amount. Of time having sex. I also had the tubing bunched up at the bottom left side of my cock which would bother me after awhile. Well my coloplast failed and have just recently got a new implant and so far I have my original cock again, no tubing , no hard points in the glans and no dog ears. I see the surgeon Tuesday and will start cycling, at that point I will no a lot more. I do know before I walk or play pickleball I will take nitric oxide and my glans respond with that just like Cialis would, I don't know about taking both at the same time, maybe try that in a week or so because I am ready to have some sex with my wonderful wife.

My wife recently started having the same issue. Said it felt like my tips of cylinders were poking her and it hurt. Turns out she is having serious vaginal dryness. What effect do you / can you achieve by not pumping to the max - something like 80 - 90%?? Does that soften the impact for the ladies?

You could always try using a ved for 5 mins, that would suck a lot of blood into the glands.

received the trimix gel today and tried it out. .1 ml and results were great. 30 minutes after aplication my glans was firm and dark red. the entire member was solid. of corse I had the implant pumped up also.no pain but my script also contained lidocaine.
