20 full pumps until the bulb is rock hard. Wife prefers 16 for intercourse.

When first implanted I could pump 80x and never get to the rock hard bulb. At about the 2nd week of cycling I tried it again in a hot tub and it seems as if something in the pump got soft and seated. From that point on, only 20 pumps to max.

I have the AMS 700 LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tips

I can do 20 to 22 pumps wall to wall with my pump
and get to 25 with half pumps because the pump bulb has gotten hard. That’s good enough for PIV sex.
My wife likes it hard, so I’ll wait a couple minutes for tissue stretch and get 5 more half pumps to 30.

If my wife wants it a little harder after a few minutes, I can get a couple more half pumps to around 32.

As you can see, my wife loves it super hard.

I too seem to max out with about 12 pumps, maybe 14 pumps on a good day.....Using AMS, Mr Winkie is only 5 1/2 inches when pumped to the max, but thicker, wider, and harder than original before implant. I was very disappointed with the lost of length. Lost over an inch due to ED, but my URO advised me of this lose at the time of my interview with him. Of course, I thought he was kidding. I used the VED pump, during ED, but didn't help much in saving my length. I remember my question to him, What am I to do with only 5 1/2 inches?. As they say, I'm a grown azz man, but I guess something is better than nothing.

The average penis size is worldwide. 5.1-5.5 inches fully erect.
Sadly, ALOT of men have bought into this "porno fantasyland" of specially selected men who have
9 inches or more and its changed our collective thinking towards ourselves.

What I meant by that post. I was disappointed with the length loss. For 89k, I was hoping the keep the length I had. I did know I was gonna loose some length, but when your wife says, WHAT HAPPENED? So when you had all the pumping problems I had, I wonder if I am doing something wrong. I have consulted 2 different UROs, and my AMS Support rep. I can't get a 1 oclock or a 2 oclock angle. Maybe a 3 oclock or 3:30 oclock angle. No mater what I do, it wont rise to the upward angle. Now I did improve my girth and the cylinders are very hard. But can't get that upward angle. I have even tried Pump it up and tape it in the up position, and leave it there for several hours. It's almost like when standing up, it's too heavy to stand up on it's own. Just flops around 3 oclock. So according to me.....Something is wrong.

Everybody is different because some have more fat or meat to give the girth its thickness. For me it takes about twenty four pumps to run out of saline and that is because the penis has stretched out from what it was originally. So all that has to be adjusted when you have revisions. If your cylinders are not getting enough saline the doctor has to put probably a 125 reservoir. Like on my case on my third revision the tips of the cylinders were at the base of the gland and were starting to point to the side, so they either put longer cylinders or add rte's so that the tips will be at least quarter inch from the tip of the penis. A good surgeon is very important on this type of surgery. So far the third revision has worked perfect. Only problem now is age is catching up with both of us.
